Being in hospital Google deleted my account there was no way to get to pay a lump some so cancel the DD Friday you got back to me to day with the help and understanding of IMANhe sorted it all out he was very understanding and helpful walked me through my options and he sorted everything out for me

the customer service assistant understood me very well and I received 1st class service.

Liz was fantastic, she was able to help with the questions that I had and was very friendly and professional.

I was delighted to be given a goodwill waiving of some of the interest on my account by Steve Baldwin.
Without knowing the personal circumstances surrounding my transactions, Steven waived an interest payment and allowed my account to be settled in full.
This gesture felt unusually human and person centered for a financial services company. It was extra appreciated because of the sensitive circumstances behind my slight delay in full repayment.
Fantastic that an organisation like this. allows their staff flexibility in their work rather than the usual "computer says no" approach we often get these days!
I was so surprised I was moved to phone to thank Steve personally.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Propensio again in future.
