We recently started offering 0% finance to our kitchen customers, as for religious reasons we could not offer interest-based finance. Steve helped us get everything set up through Ideal4Finance, and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Olivia from head office was amazing, and Steve was outstanding — he visited our showroom, helped us through the setup process, and made everything easy to understand. We’re extremely happy with the service and grateful for all their support. Thanks to them, we can now offer 0% finance to our customers with confidence.

I had to go through this company to partially fund replacement doors and windows. They contacted me before the job was even finished to asked if I was happy that the work was done.

Shortly after the work was actually completed they contacted again and at the time the job seemed to be completed successfully. I found an issue less than 24 hours later. I contacted them, but their agent didn’t seem particularly knowledgeable, so had to ask someone else.

They then said there was nothing they could do (Which may very well be the case), but the genuinely didn’t seem to care.

Will not use this particular company ever again and wouldn’t recommend.

Contacted ideal4finance and met with Andrew. We went through everything together as I was completely new to how finance works. He was very helpful answered all my questions. The customer service team at the office have also been brilliant. We are finally all setup within a week which was much quicker than I thought it would be! Great customer service, quick application process and Elliott called to check I was happy with the products the finance was covering.

The man who called me to check whether the work had been completed etc was very professional and spot on. The call came up as suspected scam so i answered with a funny voice, he kept his composure. Credit to him

Feels like making a loan application in the 1980's. In the days of automatic credit checking it was odd to have to be called to give details to an agent, some of which I'd already provided via the online form. Those details were taken down incorrectly meaning by credit check subsequently failed. I hope the company using them feels the fee is worthwhile but I'll avoid any sellers using them in the future.
