Propermusic.com is part of the Proper Music Group Ltd and was launched as an online store in October 2011 to supply music CD's, Vinyl, Bx Sets etc... direct to customers at competitive prices with an exceptional level of customer service. We've been supporting independent record labels and music since 1988. Our main aim is to provide an online shop window for the kinds of specialist music from artists and labels that you would not otherwise have the opportunity to find or discover in stock elsewhere. Our sister company, Proper Music Distribution is the largest independent distributor in the UK and we are able to supply music from over 2000+ labels from all over the world, regularly releasing over 150 new releases or re-issues every week. We employ dedicated and experienced staff who provide a polite and professional level of customer service through our extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years. All our orders are despatched using a first class or airmail service with Royal Mail (Tracked as standard for all UK orders, optional for ROW) or via our network of courier services. Your opinion matters greatly to us and our reputation relies on it, so any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated and most welcomed. Your total satisfaction with our service is our ultimate goal.

Good service from Proper
My previous order had not gone well but I decided to give Proper Music another chance and I’m pleased that I did. The order for 3 items was processed quickly and delivered in full before Xmas which was good.
They are now reinstated to my list of suppliers.

Great service and experience for CD
CD arrived ahead of schedule. Securely packaged. Great price and now enjoying a much sought after CD to add to my collection! Would definitely recommend this seller/ shop.

One month and waiting. No CD, no info
I ordered a CD on the 13th November and have emailed the company twice: no contact from them and no tracking information.
