Sam is a great landlord - he was very attentive and helpful when we had issues and was always easy to deal with and professional.

Not only is Sam a great landlord he is also a very genuine kind person and you don’t seem to find those very often when renting. Sometimes communication with landlords can be a bit hit and miss but Sam is always so efficient with getting back to you with any problems! We’ve had a great 2 years. Flat 8 is a wonderful place to call home!

We were tenants of Sams for about a year and a half, when we first moved to the UK. Sam was always available if we needed help with anything in the flat and was quick to resolve any issues that came up.
