Edgar and his team have done three jobs for me now. One whole flat renovation and two bathroom renovations. All three jobs have been excellent and I’m very happy with the quality and timescales they completed the work in. Highly recommended!

I am writing to provide a testimonial for Stefany, a property manager who has overseen me and other residents at one of her fully managed properties in E3, East London.

Stefany Muscas has been managing two properties (3 bed maisonette and a grade II listed flat) for my family since 2014 and 2020 respectively, both in the E1 post code.

I had a local estate agency manage my property for 4 years from 2016 to 2020 and during that time I saw a lot of tenant changes and maintenance issues that were
costly and not timely to fix leading to dissatisfaction with the tenants and turnover.
As soon I changed to using Stefany’s service I saw a marked improvement with tenants staying and renewing, higher rents being achieved and maintenance issues being fixed quickly and affordable. Edgar carries out repairs and can fix anything delightfully fast.

When we moved into our newly purchased flat we had a number of issues we needed solving and renovations we wanted to make: installing shelves, fixing the bath tub, knocking down a wall and installing a new kitchen. We feel SO lucky to have found this company and Eddy who was able to do all of these things quickly, without any trouble, and with real skill. Eddy removed our old kitchen and installed the new kitchen whilst we were away - we came back to a fully usable and well installed kitchen. Our friends are amazed that we had a new kitchen installed and so little went wrong! We can’t thank Eddy enough for all his work and strongly recommend this company.

Since finding Edgar over two years ago he has helped us on various projects within our property. Jobs like window sealing, change flooring, installing various applications, painting, plumbing and many more have all been completed to our full satisfaction. He also delivered all projects on time and within the budget which he explained in detail before starting each job. 5 STARS!!!!!

Good quality, reasonable rates and reliability.

I cannot recommend Edgar highly enough. He takes the time to get the job right and offers his advice and recommendations. He is good value for money and is polite and helpful. No job is too small. I’d be lost for a decent, reliable handyman/decorator without him.

Eddy is a star: he sorts out the little nagging issues in my flat for me, which would otherwise take me hours, and does painting when it needs renewal. To find a handyman who is happy to take responsibility for solving issues and not charge a fortune is a godsend.
