Easy ordering process and fast turnover for a very competitive price. Makes obtaining yearly SMSF property valuations a breeze.

Prompt service, result met expectations, would like to see a "confidence level" expressed as "high".

The valuations were provided within the three days advertised and were backed up with details of previous sales data. The service was prompt and the cost reasonable. I will use the site for all my clients in the future.

While it was easy to request, the data used to compile my valuation was outdated and incorrect which I found quite upsetting and disappointing. I wouldn’t trust this service in the future and won’t be using it again. Just to be clear… all you had to do is google Boogiewoogiebeachhouse.com.au to see that it is a Luxury Themed Music Hotel with 8 fully ensuited luxury rooms NOT a guest house with shared facilities. It hasn’t been that for 14+ years…you need to improve your Google search criteria or if you’re finding it difficult, reach out to your paying client for further information. Your valuer was just plain lazy!!

Obtaining the valuation is an easy process. The valuations are prepared in an extremely timely manner at a good price.

Most reports are received within 2 days except for a few times they had to confirm the date of the report I need which took a turnaround of about 5 days. Overall, satisfied with the service
