Smooth transition from start to finish. Regular contact each week with the same person really helped aswell

Bullying tactics and rude staff. Unprofessional to the extreme. Demanding information from other parties in the chain and causing distress, completely unnecessary. All in the name of their client’s ’requirements’ for completion when there is no control over other parties in the chain, surveys awaited etc. Distinctly unimpressed.

Very efficient and professional service. We were contacted regularly to keep us updated. Very good service.

I was very impressed from start to end with Property PX. I was kept up to date and called on a weekly basis of the processes taking place even when nothing was happening, the courtesy call was always welcome. Property PX group were brilliantly efficient in purchasing our customers property in just 3 weeks so that she could purchase her dream home! The whole team were excellent with their updates throughout the purchase and our customer was left delighted.

In response to the reply I have received, to make an offer before a survey, obviously can affect the offer significantly, when it has been accepted. The developers didn't inform my partner of a moving date, Sayman did, which was incorrect as the house was unfinished , no flooring or final inspection.( completion was originally for October). As for the licence to stay, were not informed of that. The house was put up for sale and viewings booked in , for the week prior to exchange of contracts and monies, my partner had also been told that the rising damp problem ( for which he paid £4250) would be sorted before the house was advertised, obviously not.

Sayman was fantastic throughout our part exchange process. He kept in touch with me regularly and resolved any issues I had. Thanks so much for making a stressful process more bearable.

Very friendly and helpful people who always keep you up to date with what is happening with the purchase of our house. They kept there promise to honour the purchase price of our house. If you want to sell your house hassle free with no chain then Property PX is the answer.

When first referred for part exchange by the developers, my husband was really wary. As you do, he Googled about part exchange companies, changing terms, offers once you'd committed. I'm pleased to say this was an Internet scaremongering as far as I was concerned. We've had nothing but exemplary service from Property Part X Group. Everyone has been really helpful, answering questions, accommodating, and had a lovely follow up call. It's been a long time since I sold my last property, and it took weeks. From start to finish this time using this service, we were in our fabulous new build within 4.5 wks of first looking at part exchanging. I understand it's not for everyone. The figures worked for us, so it's a really good way to move if you can afford to take that hit on your old home. I would highly recommend Property Part X Group and thanks to everyone for helping our move happen.
