It was a pleasure working with Suchi

It was a pleasure working with Suchi. From the outset she ensured all parties were aware she needed to complete within one month of agreeing the sale to ensure her overseas client would not have to pay a 2% surcharge. She found solutions to ensure the timescale was met including indemnifying searches, instructing solicitors who are experts in auction purchase and using known contacts for surveys and valuations to speed the process. The sale completed less than a month after memorandum of sale was issued!

I undertake a survey on behalf of them as a client. They were excellent to deal with and had a good understanding of the works required to bring the property up to standard. I hope to work with them in the future.
