My experience selling my home through Clea was nothing short of top class. From our first meeting and viewing of the house she immediately showed me she understood the property and its key features. Her passion and professionalism won me over and, in hindsight, awarding her the listing was one of my better life decisions. Her assessment of the value came with a clear and concise breakdown of her reasoning, and her sales strategy seemed creative and effective. It was not long before I was getting viewings followed soon after by offers that almost exactly matched what she had predicted. After accepting an offer her continued commitment and dedication to me during the selling process was exceptional. I will be totally honest in saying that her commission rate at first made me a little hesitant but all I can say is you really do get what you pay for.
