I telephoned the mainline number hoping


I telephoned the mainline number hoping to speak technical support. I was immediately transferred to a member of staff who did some troubleshooting over the phone to identify a faulty thermistor a replacement was dispatched overnight and fixed the issue just a day before a European trip Propex leisure saved the day Thank you all for your support and professionalism

One of the best firms i have dealt with.

Propex are one of the few companies who stock the part I needed.
Delivery was better than promised.
I needed to speak to the company about a query and their customer service was well in excess of anything I expected.
I get the impression that everyone in the company cares about their customers.

Hs2000 pcb

Very quick and efficient service from Propex. My trusty
Hs2000 gas heater finally gave up after many years of reliable service, only because of water contamination on the pcb. Very pleased to find a replacement pcb direct from Propex, and for less cost than most other sources. Fitted and back up and running again, great.

Good service from Propex.

Good service from Propex.
They answered a query promptly.
After placing the order, it was dealt with immediately and would have arrived next day. Parcel post however sent it to the wrong collection Centre but it arrived the 2nd day. This was a £400 control unit, on fitting it worked immediately.

Paid £7 for 2-3 day delivery. It's now 8 day's and still not arrived.
