Excellent service provided by Pro Plumb for ny rental property. Incuding a courtesy phone to remind us of renewal date, and great communication with our tennants. Will definately be using and recommending this company again.

Another fantastic boiler service by Luke from Pro Plumb. Completed in usual courteous and efficient manner. Explained everything that had been done and how the boiler is doing. Very pleased we chose Pro Plumb for our new boiler install 5 years ago, and subsequent annual boiler services. Highly recommend!

From requesting a quote for a new boiler to installation Mathew and his team were faultless.We are really glad we chose Pro Plumb.The job was done with a minimum of disruption even though we changed from a conventional hot water system to a combi boiler.All the team were warm and friendly and made sure we were well informed of their progress.We were very impressed with the clean and tidy way the work was carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending to others .

Pro plumb have just finished installing a new combi boiler and new radiators. The three day job also included removing old boiler and hot water tank and new pipework to upstairs radiators

Pro Plumb gave an excellent service, stripping out our old system and fitting a new boiler with little disruption. Matthew and the guys worked incredibly hard and were courteous throughout. They brought the job in on time and on budget.
We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Matthew and his team arrived to fit a new fire and combi boiler. They worked flat out for 3 days, doing an excellent job. They also did extra touches which were really appreciated. They were very efficient, industrious and friendly and cleaned up each day. We are very impressed with their work and would highly recommend.

Having read the excellent reviews of Pro Plumb I decided to contact them to quote for getting a new boiler installed.

From my initial conversation to completion of the job they have been fabulous. It is so refreshing to find a company who do what they say they are going to do. They phone when they say they will phone, turn up when they say they will turn up and do what they say they will do.

During the two days installing the system they worked hard, got on with the job and left everything clean and tidy.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. Really pleased with the new system.

Matthew and the ‘lads’ installed a new boiler and refitted the bathroom in our rental property. Matthew has a real pride in their work and will not cut corners, he did several extra jobs to make sure that the end result was perfect. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a better tradesperson.

The boiler instal was brilliant and the company went to great lengths to ensure the work was done safely in regards to COVID measures. The issue was how rude the lady was to myself and my pregnant wife. My wife did not need any of this stress and it made her cry. Her rudeness was shocking and we have never had the misfortune of receiving such atrocious customer service.

Needed to have a back boiler removed and a new Comby boiler installed. Pro plumb were very helpful and informative And one of the cheapest We found. Arrived on time very neat and tidy answered all my questions no complaints whatsoever would definitely recommend
