Had a new boiler fitted and moved to a different location in house. Radiators and valves were also replaced throughout the house. Extremely happy with the work that Mathew and team have done, they are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Very clean and tidy workers too, and adhered to covid guidance. They go the extra mile with thoughtful touches like trying to hide all pipework from view, and they even put in an electrical socket in the old boiler cupboard rather than just blanking off. Must also mention that we had clear communication from Jane at all stages. Highly recommended.

Faultless service. Extremely professional and courteous.
Very careful to protect all areas prior to starting and have to be the cleanest and tidiest contractors we have ever had.

Mat came out and gave a quote which I received in a proper electronic invoice from Jane; every element of the quote is itemised and it is 100% clear on the final price. At all times I felt all my queries had an honest, accurate answer

On the day of the fitting Mat and team went about their work in a thoroughly professional manner; plastics put down to prevent dirt etc - I was able to work from home downstairs with little disruption. Excellent finish and standards

What a refreshing change to have a company that does what they say they are going to do, turns up when they say they are going to, does a great job and cleans up after themselves. Jane was only a phone call away; she was exceptionally friendly and dealt with any questions we had and Matt and his ream did a fantastic job. They literally bent over backwards to make the experience as stress free for us as possible. I would definitely recommend them and would use them for future work. Superb!

I had my annual boiler service and as always the workforce are professional and polite. the service was carried out under the COVID-19 regulations.

They did a brilliant job of replacing an old kitchen boiler, flue and pump for a combi boiler situated in a bedroom. Including removal of tanks and new pipework.
The job was finished in time for the estimated price and the house was left spotless.
Matthew spent a considerable time explaining how the system worked.

Mat and his team fitted a complete new bathroom last year. Excellent service and left me with a fantastic new redesigned shower room. So I did not hesitate to get them back to work on our new kitchen. Excellent work and again and the guys really clean up after. Would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

Pro Plumb are very professional. They clean up after themselves. They are very informative throughout the boiler installation letting us know what they are going to be doing next. The boiler service cost is £55 and that’s booked in for next year already.
