My partner and I are new to this kind of loan arrangement, but Jordan and her team soon put our minds at rest. After a false start due to our stupidity, Jordan and her team soon turned it around and guided us through quite a complicated arrangement, keeping us informed regularly. If someone was absent or on holiday someone else would take up the reins and help move it forward. We are very happy all round.

We had problem trying to release capitol from an unencumbered property. We went through countless brokers & intermediaries who charged us fees & then failed to complete on the application. Propp sorted this situation out & we are now the owners of a guest house. Thanks Lauren Sophie & Harriet

Great responsive and knowledgeable team. Had to pivot to a new lender half way through and Propp managed the process really well.

I found this company online and they have excelled with the communication in keeping me updated and letting me know what information I needed to provide.The only slight niggle I has was that it wasn't made clear that I would have to get a conveyancer, I had incorrectly assumed this was done with the mortgage. Had this been pointed out to me at the start when I agreed to go ahead, I could have sorted this out prior to going on holiday. Previous remortgages had had the conveyancer included with the mortgage. It was all sorted and I am extremely happy with the service I received.
