From the first encounter with Colin I have found I was kept fully updated and encouraged throughout the initial stages of sending my CV and interviews, great feedback was received and I was employed within a short space of time. The work I’ve currently completing is very fulfilling and Colin continues to check in and make sure I’m happy which is refreshing. Having been in the supply chain industry for 30+ years, as both a hirer and candidate, I’ve seen recruiters and recruitment companies move away from forging relationships and displays of the ‘personal touch’ instead favouring a simple transactional exchange or as a candidate, worse still, just plain ‘ghosting.’ My view is that they are an industrial necessary evil, until I met Leah Jones of Proprec!
What a refreshing change to encounter such a bubbly, friendly and professional individual. Leah regularly follows up to ‘check in’ and ensure everything is in place and prepared, and I have no doubt this will continue!
