I had quite a few interactions via email with Sean @ Propride from the point I was finally fed up with my old hitch through when I finally broke down to buy the P3 hitch through the installation of the hitch and setup. Responses were very quick and even on the weekends when I didn't expect an immediate reply! Customer service has been spectacular.

The hitch was actually way easier than I anticipated to install. Watch the videos and read through the instructions once before starting and it is a reasonably simple task. The construction of it look to be on par with what you would expect for the cost of this hitch. That's really the only downside to this hitch; the high cost. With our new, bigger trailer, it seemed like a worthwhile investment in towing experience.

I had previously towed lighter and shorter trailers with normal friction WDHs, but when we went to a longer and higher profile trailer, the old friction hitches weren't cutting it. We made it about a year before the lack of performance in the wind was finally just too much.

We're hoping this P3 hitch will allow us to keep the 1/2 ton truck that we love with our 32' long and fairly tall travel trailer. It becomes a big sail in the wind. So far, I just did the install and I have had the trailer out for a 35 mile test drive to see how it feels, and the hitch performs up to its reputation. Time will tell once we get out on some longer trips, but it's looking great.

Excellent quality and great communication

I picked up my pro pride hitch from the factory so no shipping was needed. When he loaded the parts in my vehicle he was very mindful of how he loaded it in. Parts were packaged well and phone calls were returned immediately.

This was an item I purchased in December and forgot I even purchased it. It was to be delivered 6 months later. It was being sent to our winter address that there is nothing at the address. I no longer have the trailer or hitch. If I would have received within 60 days that would be fine. Did not receive a refund on this purchase.

The simplicity of the financial part was quick and easy 0% is how all sales should be so that was a deal maker for me. I enjoyed all the educational videos available. Delivery came when it was supposed to. I hooked it all up and took for 30 mile test ride what a game changer. Very happy have been on 1 trip so far besides the test drive in windy conditions on highway fully loaded and handles so much better. We purchased a propride 3 hitch and we are having issues with our camper and truck bounce. It’s almost like the hitch is stopping the truck and the truck the hitch if that makes sense.

I had a part fail and its mate showing signs of failing. Pro pride replaced both expeditiously, taking the opportunity to improve the design of those parts. Excellent service.
