Excellent Service
I ordered five access doors in three different sizes for a hospital project that our firm was working on. The sales representative was knowledgeable and efficient. When UPS delivered to the wrong address, Pro Products took care of it before I even knew about the issue. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great price, hard-to-find products, excellent service!
Had a 4" by 6" access panel in stock that I was having a hard time finding. They independently reviewed my shipping method and found a far cheaper and faster option and corrected the invoice for me. Uncanny service, this kind of stuff never happens and as a contractor in a small town in Alaska, I order a ton of stuff!

Access Cover provided nice closure to an extended size hole for Moen ioDigital Controller.
Worked well. Panel cover was nicely bevelled and easily painted to match the wall. Screws (1/2") were good for anchors but would suggest using 3/4" - 1" to reach studs. Also would have been nice to know distance between screws on opposite sides so panel could screwed to studs; e.g., 16" panel could not easily be screwed to 16" on-center studs. An 18" panel may have worked better; fortunately was able to screw a wood strip along side stud to make 16" panel work.

Thank you for the detailed review. The flat panel cover-ups are actually designed to be fastened with the provided drywall anchors and screws. Screwing them into studs or wood framing may damage the panel due to possible over tightening of the screws. We are however glad that you were able to get it installed and working for your application. Thanks again.
