Scam Company

For the past three weeks, my dashboard has been out of sync with the trading platform. No solution has been provided; I am simply told to “wait".

Interestingly, the issue has remained unresolved precisely when I became eligible for a payout.

I requested a refund because I am not receiving the service I paid for, but that request has also been denied.

RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update: they are now offering credits to reset the account. Their new solution is for me to lose all the progress I’ve made on my account. Furthermore, this “reset” would actually mean giving me credits to purchase a new account. What’s incredible is that they’re offering fewer credits than the value of my original account, which means I would be forced to buy a smaller account than the one I already paid for.

06/17/2026 - New update: 23 days have passed, they haven't fixed my account, they won't refund my money. Stay away from this company.

They can't be emailed ! Their online bot says "3 hours" for any response at all

response time

i contacted popshop trader about a hedging flag , I was having issues with my computer and I got flagged,
I explained the computer issues and delt with Steven , I couldn't believe the response time it was very quick , he looked into the issue, and was very supportive and he , lifted the flag as he understood it was genuine.
this was on a Saturday as well , I didn't even think I would get a reply for a few days at least

I doubt very much any other prop firm would do that , big shout out to Steven and the team , amazing customer support

Excellent Customer Service

I received a coupon for a PropShopTrader account. I had a small issue with the coupon being able to be processed. I reached out to customer support & Steven immediately responded and fixed the issue. I was more than impressed with how quickly Steven responded late in the day on a Friday. Dan B

Support is great, system is in real trouble

First, I want to say the support that I have received from Steven, Brian and Santiago has been incredible. Their live must be a living hell right now as I will explain. The company did a migration from Rithmic to an internal system. The data conversion went far awry and everything has been fubar ever since. Hence, the living hell for the support staff. After doing database design and financial system implementation, I see that PropShop Trader has violated 3 of the 5 cardinal sins of "best practices" design. As a result, at one point 100% of the data on the Trader Dashboard was incorrect. With the recent improvements we are much better with only about 90% of the information being incorrect. All of the major pieces of information, like account balance and benchmark achievements, are still incorrect. There has been no timeline for fixing all of the major flaws. Many of the flaws, in my opinion, will haunt the system from now on due to one major design issue, the trader dashboard uses different sources for the same data. Primary example, the profit shown in the account balance is not the sum of the profits from the profit of the individual trading days. This is a major issue that causes me great concern.

I have been with other prop trading firms for several years and I fund that PropShop Trader's implementation of a prop trading firm to exceed any other firm that I have tested and used. The steps from evaluation account to live trading account are clear and easy to follow. The payouts in an eval account are unprecedented. Overall, I really like working with Prop Shop. Here is my breakdown as of today:

Customer Service -- 5 stars
Prop Trading Model -- 5 stars
Business Implementation -- 0 stars

If PropShop can ever get the Trader Desktop fixed, this would be the premier prop trading firm, ever.

I had two gladiator accounts when pst…

I had two gladiator accounts when pst needed to migrate from Rithmic. For some reason they were unable to migrate my balances which had great balances in the thousands. They never informed me that the migration failed until i asked many times over five weeks. Finally, they gave me reset accounts as "a onetime curtesy" Yeah right give me a break. The metrics in the pst dashboard still weren't right, and in one account I was notified twice, the most recent was today that my account was deactivated for breaking the rules when I hadn't traded that account at all since the so-called reset. I would advise anyone to stay away from this firm.

I genuinely want to thank PropShopTrader and their support team for the outstanding experience they provide to traders. In an industry where customer support is often slow or impersonal, their team truly stands out. They are responsive, professional, understanding, and always willing to listen carefully to traders’ concerns and needs.

What I appreciate most is how quickly they work to resolve issues while still treating traders with respect and patience. It really feels like they value long-term relationships with their customers rather than treating traders like just another account number.

Their willingness to communicate openly, improve the platform experience, and support traders during challenges is one of the reasons I enjoy being with PropShopTrader. PropShopTrader and Tickblaze Care For Their Customers

PropShopTrader and Tickblaze announced their newest Forge accounts that pay more than their previous version of Gladiator accounts. And for those of us whom owned the legacy accounts were kind of left behind. But wait! The CEO of Tickblaze, Sean Kozak, did not forget us and offered us a large discount so that we could upgrade our accounts without paying a ton more. Miltsa, a manager in Support, made sure my account was properly cared for the upgrade. Thanks Sean & Miltsa! I appreciate your help and a great discount too!

PropShop Hiccups

It's been tough at PropShop with the trading plan changes and platform upgrades. The plans look great, and the platform enhancements are appealing. However, there have been some system hiccups along the way. Fortunately, Steven of customer support has been quick and no-nonsense. He kept me calm with frequent updates regarding resolutions. Everything was eventually resolved with a reset. If you need customer support at PropShop, ask for Steven. He "gets" us. Trading is stressful enough. It's great when support reduces stress instead of adding to it. I'm sticking with PropShop through the upgrades and enhancements as long as Steven is looking out for us.

PST Support is Topnotch

This review is for the great experience I had with PST Support, especially Brian and Steve. Ever since PST migrated to Tickblaze, I have had several issues with my trades on the platform and the PST Dashboard. I opened several tickets and Support has been very responsive. Some got resolved quickly and though some issues still remains unresolved, the reassurance I got that they are working on it is enough for me to stay with Propshop. Hoping their technical team is able to resolve the glitches with the Tickblaze data and platform and be able to synch properly with the PST portal/Dashboard.

STEVEN did a heck of a job handling an almost 15 account loss due to inactivity being subdued by random trades that ended up triggering a hedging flag. Total personal mistake, no intention on hedgeing, just not my strategy. He took the time to listen and understand my explanations and took time to look at my screenshots allowing me a fighting chace to keep that which I worked hard to get. Thank you again

I’ve had quite a few little but tricky…

I’ve had quite a few little but tricky issues with tickblaze/propshoptrader. However, they have been quickly sorted/fixed everytime. Big shout out to Millitsa and Steve for their speed in resolving my issues.
