Purchased Cofra Summit S3 safety boots, after 3 months they failed. Warranty claim still not resolved after 5 months. Absolute shambles. Find yourself another supplier.

If Royal mail wasn't the courier I would of had my parcel delivered in the time that it was shown on website 48 hour service 7 days late.

Good value for money but poor delivery
Good value for money and prompt despatch by the vendor. Sadly, let down badly by the Post Office. No less than three revised delivery dates/times given before the goods were eventually delivered.

Helpful Customer Services
There were supply and delay issues with my order of a hoody, but Customer Services at Prosafe Direct were very helpful and generous in refunding and replacing a delayed and then unfortunately, damaged item. They replied quickly by phone and email and were sympathetic to my cause of wanting to get the hoody in time for my son's birthday.
