From the first point of contact they will make you feel welcome, this is at all levels from admin to the directors. The actively work hard to find you work. The don't make empty promises and treat you with kindness and respect. They have a can do approach and will motivate you to achieve and enjoy the jobs they send you to. You can rely on them to promote and send you to the right places that suit you.

Their communication is so clear and transparent which you don’t get a lot of in other care agency’s ! Management are very supportive and check up on their staff . They meet your needs to their best ability you won’t be short of a shift . I just think there great tbh :)

The training was conducted by Riona, whose extensive knowledge and engaging delivery made it informative and practical. The objectives were clearly defined, and the topics covered were highly relevant to my role, contributing meaningfully to my professional development. The training was well-structured, with practical lessons which enriched the learning experience.

Overall good company to work for. The employer's and their admin staff are friendly, and have good interpersonal skills. Haven't had a problem with communication, they're quite prompt with inquiries etc. I Haven't had a bad experience whilst working for Pro skills, I would definitely recommend the company to others.

I was introduced to Proskillz by my Director. I have been a returning client as Hanifah’s attention to detail and determination to gain the right candidate for our roles. Proskillz has went above and beyond to ensure the right calibre of staff are recruited.

As part of Proskillz back office support, specifically their collections executive, I have been working closely with them for over a year now. I have built a lovely relationship with Hanifah over this time and she is so quick to help with any queries that arise with her clients. If I have any issues with chasing one of her clients, she will jump on it without hesitation and she always keeps me in the loop with payments due to made or anything else that might need my attention.
From speaking with their clients via phone or email, you can tell that they really know their profession and building relationships are very important to them. Hanifah has been very caring towards me, personally and professionally, and they have set up very important drop in sessions for vulnerable people in their area. It truly is a pleasure to work with them and I look forward to many more years of working together!
