Bought a calendar and it was never delivered. The delivery "tracks" but then suddenly it was delivered supposedly weeks earlier and the tracking has been altered. I emailed multiple times.

Terrible company. Product advertised ( durable winter windshield cover) was not in any shape or size or quality as advertised.

Shocking customer service and scam company! Ordered something that claimed to be $14.99, ended up being charged over $50. Requested they cancel my order less than 5 minutes after I placed it and they said that it was too late as it had already been shipped and to accept the product because I will like it. Wtf?!

I ordered American Playing Cards pack of two via Instagram. Almost two weeks no news. Then one day a parcel comes from China. Only my address was correct. No idea which product against which order Everything else was in chinese. They also charged 465 INR. Considering frauds ongoing I refused it being my product. Now when I was talking to Prospectivet about delay then I realised it's my product. No sms, No mail, Nothing clear in package. Since it was sent back no refund too. It's basically a fraud company selling Americanised goods from China. I would never recommend it.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a body cream and a brush for $53.00. Pay Pal charged an additional $20.00 afterwards. I never received my order and they claim the item was delivered. They gave me a bogus tracking number. This store is a scam. They refuse to replace the items or give me a refund. I will report them to Paypal.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, POORLY MADE ITEMS AND IF WRONG YOU HAVE TO SEND BACK TO CHINA, ALTHOUGH YOU ARE CHARGED IN DOLLARS. THEN THEY OFFER A REFUND OF $3 AN INSULT. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM, BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH CHINA!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED SHOES TOTALLING $40.48. THEY BILLED MY CARD FOR $50.60 AND WON'T CORRECT THE PROBLEM. CONTACTED THEIR SUPPORT AGENT WHO KEEPS TELLING ME TO CONTACT THE SELLER. WELL, AREN'T THEY THE SELLER'S REPRESENTATIVE?

I ordered a My Sons pocket watch Order #68253 and it still has not arrived. Tracking # SDH0030013888, says it arrived at airport of destination on12/09/2023 and still have not recieved it. Phone 8016999939

I bought a pair in a different color a couple of months ago for my grandson and he wanted another pair in a different color, he has been wearing them every day

True to size. Great quality. Easy for my son to slide on and off.
