Absolutely exorbitant. Charged me £275 for a straightforward, half hour job. Complete lack of transparency about cost ahead of the job. Seems to operate under different names in order to avoid being held accountable. AVOID.

Quoted on phone after I sent photos a price of about £200 inclusive of £50 call out but when turned up , an hour later than booked, quote changed to £191 an hour and would take 3-4 hours .
Sent packing but had to pay the call out fee.
Do not use…… can’t suddenly want £800 for a £200 job, cowboys !!!!

The plumer was great and done the job very well. Got to work straight away then gorgeous parts and tidied up after himself. He was a great worker can not ask for any more

I recently paid Jamil £5,500 for a full boiler conversion at my home in Holmer Green expecting a premium Vaillant ecoTEC Plus combi boiler with new pipework and high-quality installation as agreed and quoted.
Unfortunately, the work was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations:
• Installed a lower-spec Vaillant ecoFIT Pure (compact budget model with aluminium heat exchanger, lower efficiency ~96%, shorter standard warranty) instead of the requested ecoTEC Plus (premium model with stainless steel heat exchanger, up to 98% efficiency, longer warranty, quieter and more reliable). This was a clear downgrade without my approval or prior notice.
• Pipework (heating and gas) is uneven, not level in places, with pipes touching or crossing each other—looks rushed and unprofessional, potentially leading to vibration, wear, or safety concerns over time.
• The installation site was left messy with debris and rough, unfinished wall holes.
• I strongly suspect they reused old copper pipes (cut and repurposed from my previous upstairs hot water tank system) rather than supplying new ones, despite charging full price for a new install. The visible pipes show signs of prior use/age, which raises questions about long-term reliability and value.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services should be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and materials should match what’s described/agreed. This job doesn’t meet those standards, and I’ve raised a formal complaint demanding either a £2,000 refund (to cover hiring another engineer for the correct boiler, new pipes, and fixes) or them returning to replace everything properly at no extra cost—but no satisfactory response so far.
I’ve attached photos of the installation showing the issues clearly. If you’re considering this installer for a boiler job, think twice—go with someone who delivers exactly what they promise and prioritizes quality and safety. Very poor value for £5,500.

Do not book this company. Came around broke the toilet and charged without fixing it. Scam site. Also has numerous websites due to bad reputation. Charges 3xs more than a professional plumber. Save yourself the trouble.

They are very responsive. Definitely what you need in a plumber.

Amazing service! Plumber came in super quick and was able to provide us with heating and hot water in the matter of minutes! Super friendly and took his time to also explained the issue too, which I found very useful to know! Overall will be phoning them back again in emergency!

Jamil was the utmost professional - arrived on time and fixed my boiler quickly and efficiently. Very importantly he was keen to save me money by coming back after he had ordered the part rather than charge me by the hour - that was super impressive. Also a lovely person and very trustworthy.... I have asked him to come back and help me with another job I was so impressed!

We got a leaking kitchen mixer tap and leaking bathroom sink trap. Called Pro Speedy Plumbers at 5:00 pm and he turned up at 9:00 pm. Assessed the problem and returned next morning 7:30 am and got it all replaced and sorted. One week later new kitchen mixer tap had a slight leak. Jamil came out 8:00 pm that evening and replaced the faulty tap with a new one. Very impressed with his dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Jamil was a very kind, he didn’t hesitate to find the source of the problem, he was prompt. He had the climb quite high and he did that with enthusiasm. His communication was easy and polite and for now he has fixed the job.

We used Prospeedyplumbers to diagnose and fix a faulty mixer tap which was causing a loud noise every time any cold water tap was turned on in the property. The service was both professional and speedy and also reasonably priced. They are a pleasure to deal with, polite, reliable and punctual with appointments. Would definitely recommend and I have already engaged them for further work to remove sink and to fit a new kitchen worktop.

The replacement of our boiler was carried out to a high level of work, Jamil was very courteous in his approach to the work and very attentive. We couldn't recommend him higher to anyone needing a fast, professional service.

Mr. Jamil is an excellent professional gas engineer and plumber, he installed a boiler and a kitchen tap very professionally and timely. Him and his team are very polite and I definitely recommend him for others.

My observation and experience with the service:
1.On arrival he carried out assessments to discover the problem.
2.He discussed with client to recommend and agree on the best product to use to solve the problem.
3. He advised to clean the system before installing the new equipment.
Though costly.
4. He gave advice on how to maintain the product to keep it working properly. He Kept appointments and focused on the work untill finished. He was safety conscious. He completed and forwarded the gaurantee information after installing fhe new product.
Overall he was calm, focused on the job and polite.
