We get it! Running your own business is tough. It’s not for the faint hearted and, at times it can be incredibly stressful and frustrating. But you are special because 99.99% of the working population can’t (and won’t) do what you have done. As a business owner you want to focus on the “day job”: it’s about growing the business, looking after your team and serving your customers properly. Hard enough as it is, but far too much of your time is focussed on other stuff. Finding a partner to work with that you can trust to take away some of the administrative burden is like finding a needle in a haystack but, by finding Prosura, you’ve managed to pull that off as well! You deserve a partner that just “gets it done”. A partner that’s there for you and talks your language. A partner that you can communicate with in the way you choose whether that’s via WhatsApp, phone or email. Yes, we are an insurance broker but were much more than that.

Excellent and professional service from Prosura. We needed some bespoke insurance coverage as a tech start up covering auditing for banks and financial services sector. Prosura understood our requirements and worked to place the business with the correct underwriters. Highly recommended.

Very Impressed

I was very impressed by Callum Topliss. He was really knowledgeable and helpful , called me back when he said he would. He also got me a better deal on my insurance. Would happily recommend.

Very friendly

Very friendly, efficient and informative staff. Everything dealt with in a timely manner. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to deal with. No hassle on my part. They interpreted my requirements easily and found a suitable option that was cheaper than quotes from alternative providers.

Excellent customer service from Callum.

Excellent customer service from Callum. We came out with a much better deal on our policy than we had been offered elsewhere and will 100% use Prosura in the future and will recommend them to others.

All the staff were ON IT and nothing was too much trouble. They are very results orientated so will smash through walls to get the policy you need.
Having had less than positive experiences with other commercial insurance brokers who only converse through email and are invisible until it’s renewal time, it’s great to have a broker always on hand and on the end of the phone.
Highly recommended.

A Comprehensive Review Leading to Improved Cover.

Prosura provided an excellent review of our existing policies and cover levels, identifying areas of concern backed by genuine reasoning and explanation. The revised insurance proposals provided different methods of achieving the best cover for our business and in the the most cost-effective way.
