Je viens de souscrire le contrat

Je viens de souscrire le contrat, facile à faire et aussi pour le payement.
A voir comment cela se passera si il y a un accident un jour, tant qu'il s'agit juste de souscrire un contrat, généralement tout va bien.

It was quick

It was quick, easy, not many additional questions about my walls, roof, height of walls, square meters, etc. And the price is lower than in the market. And this day the discount was applicable! :)

Ontevredenheid klantendienst

Beste,

Enorm ontevreden over de klantvriendelijkheid. Zowel aan telefoon als per mail. Via mail wordt er ook niet meer geantwoord als er wat dieper wordt ingegaan op de kwestie. Als ik hen met de feiten confronteer is het steeds even stil aan telefoon en komt er uiteindelijk 'hier kunnen we u niet mee helpen'. Ik, als klant zijnde, die toch meerdere advertenties per maand lanceert verwacht toch net iets beter. Er zijn voldoende alternatieve platvormen die ik nu ook ga gebruiken!

Een score van 2.1 op 5 zegt al genoeg. Ook de reden dat ze niet eens de moeite doen om negatieve reviews te beantwoorden zegt al genoeg!

A really good website with some potential to improve

I found a nice apartment and a good value home insurance on this site.

positive:
+ it's easy to orientate on the website
+ nearly everything is available also in English
+ you can search for special conditions like garden, parking space etc.

negative:
- most offers don't have a Ground-plan of the apartment in their photos
- you can't search for a certain number of rooms

Summary: A really good website with some potential to improve.

Pretty easy and straightforward to apply for fire insurance

It was pretty easy to buy fire insurance. I think it took around 5-10 minutes and it was only 5 steps. The website is in English which is pretty suitable for people like me who don't understand Dutch or French. Keep up the good work!
