Ivan is professional and brilliant at what he does. He managed to fit us in last minute and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

Contacted Ivan on short notice. He was able to fit us in the next day and what a difference he has made to our living room carpet. He is very friendly and professional. I recommend his service to anyone in need of a carpet clean. Will definitley be using again :)

Really great service, Ivan responded to our query straight away and got us booked in. The result was amazing and our carpet was left looking as good as new.

I would highly recommend Ivan at Pro Touch Clean. He did a fantastic job with our stairs and landing, and removed a large oil stain from our stairlift. Ivan is friendly and professional and I would definitely book him again. We are so pleased with the results, thank you!

Super friendly and professional. First class job, thank you.

Came to clean my carpet for 2 rooms and a walkway. Did an amazing job, carpet looks clean also nice smelling chemicals leaving the flat smelling fresher than ever!

Ivan was smiling as soon as i opened the door.
I had a large stain on my carpet i really didn't think it would come out. Ivan was very honest and said that he wasn't sure that it could be removed.
I asked him to try ...and it's come out, Ivan freshened up the rest of the carpet and it looks like new.
I'm so impressed. He was friendly and professional.
I will use Ivan for future cleaning. I would highly recommend his company.

Would highly recommend. My 10 year old very stained sofa is like new.

Ivan was prompt and so knowledgeable. Such a nice pleasant man. Explained everything he was going to do. And let me watch! 😊 perfect result of a huge full mug coffee spill on new carpet! Spotless.

Really friendly guy. Carpet looks new again. Thanks

Ivan did an outstanding job cleaning our office carpets. He was professional, polite, and clearly passionate about his work. The carpets look fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend his services!

Excellent! Punctual, professional and polite, exceeded expectation, from grubby tired out (cream) ten year old carpet to looking like new...highly recommend and will be using pro touch again in the future...10/10. Thank you Ivan...

Ivan has been round today to do our hall, stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. Right from the first interaction this has been a 5 star experience. He's set realistic expectations and bought our 1 year old carpets back to looking like new. Cannot praise his customer service enough, not to mention the very fair price quoted. I'll be a return customer for sure! 5* 10/10.

Fantastic job. Got an online quote and timeline. Very professional and polite would recommend this service to anyone. Is now in file for any future carpet cleaning I may need.

Ivan clearly cares about what he does and is knowledgable about what he does which is crucial. 5 stars all round! Excellent service.

Absolutely Gobsmacked! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I hadn’t read any reviews before booking and just Googled local carpet cleaners—had about 10 numbers to call for quotes. With four elderly dogs, my carpets were heavily stained, and I needed something chemical-free. It was hard to choose.

Ivan was the third call I made, and although his price was three times higher than the others, after just a few minutes on the phone I made up my mind. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about his work, and holds himself to very high standards. He knows exactly how to treat old stains without making them worse, and I loved his choice of safe, eco-friendly cleaning products.

He’s also friendly, professional, and his timing is outstanding—he worked very fast without compromising quality. After he finished the job, I just wanted to hug him—the results were that amazing!

Worth every penny! My carpets look and smell incredible, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Ivan if you want the job done right the first time.

Ivan is absolutely fantastic - friendly, reliable and a true professional. He really knows his stuff! I would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time we've used Ivan to clean our carpets, and once again he’s done an outstanding job. Our carpets were heavily stained, and he’s managed to make them look like new. Ivan is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He uses high quality products and maintains a very high standard of workmanship. Highly recommended – we wouldn't go to anyone else!

Was a pleasure dealing with Ivan from booking to completion of works.
Had my lounge furniture and carpets cleaned and they look brand new again. Ivan is very professional, informative, prompt and extremely competent. Also took great care not to damage any woodwork etc with the equipment.
Would not hesitate to recommend for these services.

I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Ivan did at my home. He went above and beyond to clean my kitchen floor tiles and grout, carpets, and mattresses—and the results were nothing short of transformative.

The tile and grout in my kitchen look brand new—years of built-up grime vanished, and the floor is gleaming. The carpets are soft, fresh, and spotless, with deep stains completely removed. And the mattresses feel and smell amazingly clean—perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Ivan was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain the cleaning process, used top-notch equipment, and showed genuine care for my home.

If you're looking for someone who delivers premium cleaning results with integrity and excellence, Ivan is your guy. I highly recommend Pro Touch Clean to anyone who wants a cleaner, healthier home. Thanks again, Ivan!
