Despite this, we did send a full replacement order to you to ensure you received what you paid for. Thank you for taking the time to post what we believe is false information. It puzzles us that someone would go to such an extent to post a false review based on secondhand information. We wonder if one doesn't ask themselves whether the video created could be based on a desire for clout.

We reviewed your statement and can confirm that we do not even sell products in the UK. This is very disheartening. We can only offer you an invitation to come by our 80,000 sq ft manufacturing facility to get a firsthand experience. We're not sure how often you come to the United States, but if you are ever in the Tampa Bay area, please let us know.

We actually make locks, and we welcome you to come see firsthand and even test the locks for yourself. This is really all we can offer: come form your own first hand opinion versus falling into the clout trap.
