Very satisfied with my prowaist waist compression garment . Makes a big difference when I wear dresses

Really bad quality underwear. They accepted my return request but never refunded me. Complete waste of nearly £30

Trying to get an exchange from Prowaist has been extremely disappointing. The product is very nice and I was very happy, it just didn’t fit. Firstly after following the guidance to make a return in their return portal there was no response after 2 days so I chased them up. It then took a further chase to get an answer. They advised that the warehouse address was changing and to send to a PO holding address ( it took 2-3) to even get a this address. They received my return on the 2nd April so I emailed them to confirm they had received, they advised they hadn’t received any parcels matching my description of packaging - even though I had left clear details of my order no. Etc within my package ( as advised to do). They advised they are chasing up the team still to confirm retrieval… I’ve chased up twice since then only to be brushed off stating they are still waiting to hear back. I am so disappointed and feel that this will never get resolved, the product is not cheap !

UPDATE: Finally received my new binder… very happy with it and was worth the wait.

Reluctant to issue refunds!! Their website was conveniently down because they were ‘changing warehouse’. I paid to return the item to their ‘new’ location after they tried, on multiple occasions, to issue me a part refund to keep it, only to have it return to me because they issued the wrong address! Scammers - Don’t use.

The only reason that I waited you guys one star is because it won't let me do otherwise. People never order from this company ever they claimed that my package arrived yesterday in
my mailbox. I was outside and it never came. As they claimed I've tried calling I've tried several emails and nothing they will never answer they do not respond. By the reviews I've read it seems like I will never get my money back or maybe nevermind order,! This is awful!

I ordered a waist trainer from them on 15th January it never arrived. I contacted them 8 days later they claimed it was in transit. They refused to refund my money and after many emails and 2 months later they finally offered to resolve the issue. The customer service was poor and they are reluctant to issue refunds.

Avoid!!!! You cannot get hold of anyone. Take ages for item to arrive (over a month) they won’t issue refunds! Avoid!

My order was paid for on 15/1/24 and has never arrived!! They do not answer the phone or email. DO NOT purchase from this company it is some sort of a scam!!

The worst, they do not respond to emails and there is no one to speak to, I purchased my waist trainer to to travel and it was awful, I emailed them and nobody till date has responded.

I have just bought a breathable everyday waist trainer from this company and I am more than happy with my purchase. I wore it to work and had no problems, it was so comfortable.
I have just bought another using my discount code.
I feel I can now wear any piece of item in my wardrobe.
The delivery was fast, took 3 days.

Terrible customer service, terrible delivery. Please do yourself a favor, save your money and invest in other brands.
The delivery was supposed to be 1-3 business days, but it actually took 2 weeks. I didn’t even receive the parcel. The customer service doesn’t even want to look into my case, very bad experience.

I ordered a body for my wedding and paid express shipping 1-3 days 14 days later not arrived. I have emailed and had a response saying it would be looked into but they have not followed it up. I have emailed 3 times and tried to call but apparently they are not taking calls. The item cost £40 but horrendous customer service.

Scam! Tracking never updated, item never arrived, customer service refuses to give me a refund.

I ordered a double Velcro waistband. What I received was a triple Velcro waistband with no label relating to prowaist. I sent an email requesting to this to be corrected. They offered me 50% refund and for me to keep the item. I obviously refused this offer as the item I received was not what I ordered. It has gone 2 weeks and I am still waiting for prowaist to send me the prepaid returns label so I can return the incorrect item, for them to then send out the correct item. I am starting to think this is a scam and I will be reporting this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ! I never write on these but I’m so shocked and disgusted by the level of service and want to warn others. I purchased a waist trainer from pro waist but sizing was too small. I requested to return item and get a refund they accepted my return request. I requested for their returns address. They deliberately sent me an incomplete delivery address. So when I had paid dhl courier to return my item they couldn’t find the address so it delayed my parcel being returned. I then got back in touch with pro waist they apologised for not giving me full return address once they corrected address I gave dhl and they returned my package successfully to sender they sent me confirmation of this. it’s been a few weeks and pro waist keep saying they haven’t received my parcel i checked on trust pilot and saw similar experience and realise they are just trying to delay so it can reach 30 days and say they can not refund my money I paid for my item in good faith returned it in good faith even paid for courier to return item and now they are saying they have not received my return I reported to my bank and lucky my bank sided me and refunded me. Please if your reading this avoid this company their practice is very wrong and if you are brave enough to use them when returning your items ensure they give you full return address as they clearly using incomplete delivery address to delay your return

I’m give 3 stars because I’ve ordered twice. The first time I ordered was perfect and I loved my waist trainer so much the second time was awful so it’s only fair I meet in the middle.

I ordered from this place a few weekend ago but the waist trainer was too long for my torso. so I filed for a return, It got approved and I returned it.

Royal mail said it was delivered 5 days ago (I had tracking too) but apparently they cannot find it… The woman at support was super friendly but then she preceded to call me Sarah after calling me by my name (Mia) multiple times. They still can’t seem to find my order and they’re not processing my refund so where do we go from here ? cause i wanted to buy my first waist trainer again as it’s a bit worn now but I’m unsure kmt.

Do not buy from this company they’re thieves and refuse to refund you. I sent my product back 2 weeks ago it arrived on the 23/08/23. I sent it recorded and signed for and to this day they’re refusing to give me a refund. I’ve provided proof of tracking and the signature of whoever received the parcel but they’re adamant the goods have not arrived. They do not answer their telephone and they’ve stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy from here.

Do not use. They bombard you with texts and emails (several a day) they lie and tell you they lost your return parcel and what do you know you won’t get a refund.

Really pleased with this and purchased at fair price. I got it to use under my wedding dress in September and gives me that support and smooths everything out nicely. Good shape for my wedding dress, glad I found this shape.
