Kompletter betrug

I accepted the € 0.50 fee to receive the results of my test, and I was not informed at any point that this would result in a subscription. They created a subscription I never agreed to; I was not advised of any incoming charge, which is mandatory by law in the EU. 

SCAM! I accepted the € 0.50 fee to receive the results of my test, and I was not informed at any point that this would result in a subscription. When I saw the information and reviews, I clicked directly to Unsubscribe (many times), but I never received an email. Nor for the subscription or making an account. To avoid the unrequested charges, the only way was to block my credit card. A big hassle. Don't fall for it. The tests also make a lot of mistakes. It's not even reliable.

I payed 0.50 euros to see my results and i woke up the next day with -47.50 euros form my account and for what ?
i asked for a refund and didn't help
so i asked about what these 50 euros i payed can be helpful to me and they told me u can redo the test and see results as much as u like
i could've went to a real professional with this money
not a test where a stupid ai analyze your answers
EDIT: i got an email after nearly a week saying that my money gonna be back in the next couple days and that is shown on my bank app that its expected in the next 5 days.

Zéro info, on passe le test, puis au moment de donner le mail pour recevoir les résultats, ils demandent 0,50 centimes. Ça semble raisonnable je paie, je trouvant pas de mention d'abonnement sur la page (si elle y est (et elle y est forcément), elle est TRES BIEN cachée. Je viens d'être débitée de 47 euros et je ne peux évidemment rien y faire.... A part me désabonner au plus vite.
Procédé extrêmement malhonnête, les infos ne sont PAS DU TOUT accessibles clairement.
Ne donnez pas votre argent a ces gens.

It's a scam, they first make you pay 50cents then they take 45€ off you. No emails, nothing. Pure scam filth

Attention arnaque : il faudrait pouvoir mettre zero etoiles. comme dit dans plusieurs messages que j'aurais aimé lire avant, prelevement de 50 cts suivi d'un abonnement forcé de 47,5€ par mois. Ils ont une politique de rétractation de 14j donc il vous faut agir vite, allez sur le site psona et cliquez contact pour leur écrire et demander le remboursement

Ho effettuato un test per IELTS , costo 0,50€ , peccato che dopo mi abbiano addebitato 47€ senza capire perché per poi scoprire che in automatico accetti il periodo di prova e entro 24 h viene addebitato il tutto. Ho richiesto un rimborso entro 48h e per legge si ha il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni. Ma non mi è stato concesso un rimborso perché richiesto oltre tempo limite. Sono dei disonesti.

Ho inserito una prima recensione negativa perché, come altri utenti hanno descritto, dopo aver autorizzato un pagamento di 0,50 cent per un test, mi sono vista addebitare a 24 ore di distanza, 47,50 euro. Pur pensando di essere stata truffata, sono tornata sul sito, ho potuto cancellare in maniera semplicissima la mia presunta iscrizione e ho anche chiesto il rimborso della somma spiegando le mie ragioni. Dopo una interazione durata un paio di giorni mi è stata confermata l'autorizzazione al rimborso. Stamattina i miei soldi sono tornati sul conto. Penso che il sito debba cambiare l'attuale modalità di sottoscrizione rendendola esplicita ed inequivocabile per l'utente. Diversamente molti continueranno a rilasciare recensioni pessime credendo di essere stati truffati

se potessi mettere meno di una stella lo farei senza dubbi, ho fatto un test per curiosità e il sito sembrava professionale, ho pagato 0,50 cent per i risultati e dopo qualche ora mi è arrivato un addebito di 47 euro, che, per fortuna è stato rifiutato dato che per sicurezza tengo sempre i soldi in un conto di emergenza, SITO TRUFFA NON ENTRATECI ASSOLUTAMENTE

Habe nach MBTI Test „ohne Anmeldung“ gegoogelt und psona.io hat versprochen, dass man sofort nach Beantwortung ein Ergebnis angezeigt bekommt. Hätte es mir denken können, dass es genauso ist wie bei den anderen Seiten und trotzdem habe ich 10 Minuten investiert. Dass sie dann aber auch noch den Abschluss eines 50€ Abos verlangen, ist mehr als nur Betrug. Zum Glück war ich misstrauisch genug und habe kurz gelesen. Diese Seite sollte gesperrt werden. Nun weiß ich noch immer nicht, welche MBTI Persönlichkeit ich habe 😡

Pure scam. Run away.

I was wrongly charged for a subscription I never signed up for.
I took a test on July 2, 2025, and paid only to access the result. I canceled immediately afterward. Despite this, the company charged me for a subscription on July 3, 2025.
I never received any email confirming a subscription, cancellation, or account creation. I also never had access to the platform. I don’t even have an account, and the company couldn’t locate my email in their system—yet they were able to charge my card.
I contacted customer support and requested proof that I subscribed or used their services, but no evidence was provided. This is unacceptable.
I demand a full refund and a clear explanation of how this charge was made without my consent. Charging users without authorization is unethical and potentially illegal.
Be very careful with this company.

Ich finde es schon dreist vorher nicht anzugeben dass es Geld kostet aber so wie ich nun gelesen habe kann ich mich glücklich schätzen die 50 Cent nicht bezahlt zu haben, da bei einigen mehr abgebucht wurde.

Ich habe den Persönlichkeitstest gemacht und 0,50€ dafür bezahlt. Am nächten Tag wollten Sie mir 47,50€ abbuchen zum glück hat meine Bank die Karte gesperrt. Wenn ihr einen Persönlichkeitstest machen wollt geht Lieber zu einem Psychologen als den Blödsinn mit zumachen. Sehr unseriös.

It's a scam, do not use. They just get you snagged in auto billing and hope you don't notice. See a psych doctor instead.

Scam beware!! Especially if your a vulnerable person trying to seek Help.

Big scam. Made me do a 15 minute questionaire without mentioning pay just to charge me after I spent my time!
