No warranty

They just emailed me and said, that they would not send me parts under warranty, because they have warranted me on other problems before!!

have purchased 3 of these over the last


have purchased 3 of these over the last 18 months , the last one I purchased lasted approximately 1.5 miles and the controller failed on day 1 I then found out there is absolutely no warranty with these units and after 2 weeks of emailing backwards and forwards it was down to me to purchase a new controller and fit it myself These are good units - the first 2 I bought work perfectly , just be aware if you have a problem there is no warranty ( I contacted pswpower as soon as the unit failed which was within a few days of receiving it ) not sure how they can claim a 12 month warranty

Very reliable shop for E-Bike supplies

I was searching the web for an E-bike kit. I found some kits that were sold by PSW Power. They advised me to shop their own website. Due to the fact that I could pay with Paypal I dared to try it. No worries at all. Delivery within a couple of days and product seems perfect. I hope it will last some time, but only time can tell...
