Got my book from draft to published without any of the headaches I was expecting. Editing was clean, formatting was spot on and they handled the KDP setup themselves. First time publishing and it honestly couldn't have gone smoother.

Handed them a draft I'd been sitting on for over a year. They edited it, cleaned up the formatting, and got it published. Whole thing felt a lot less overwhelming than I thought it would be.

Managing expectations is key though they're not miracle workers and if your book needs a lot of foundational work first they can only do so much. Communication was consistent and they never went quiet on me, which I've heard horror stories about with other PR firms.

Honestly not the worst experience. My book came out looking clean and the formatting team was responsive. Just don't expect any real marketing effort from them that part is completely on you regardless of what package you buy.
