Amazing amazing amazing. Had issues with my 3DXL chamber. They sent me a new one for free fully covered. Fast response time

DO NOT BUY FROM PUFFCO. I bought the 3dXL. After a month of having it I had to send it in for a replacement, the replacement they sent me was also defected and needed to send me another one. The 2nd replacement I got now needs another replacement not even a week later. First 2 times it was a defective battery. Now it’s a bad chamber. 420$ devise that I barely get to use, takes over a month to get replacement back. And I’ve wasted so much product in this thing. DO NOT BUY FROM PUFFCO

Great Product, Even Better Customer Service
I recently purchased the Puffco Peak, and although I initially received a base with a faulty LED light ring, I’m genuinely impressed with both the product and the customer service experience.
The device itself still worked perfectly — the haptics functioned, it heated properly, and performance was amazing even without the light ring working. That honestly speaks to the quality and engineering of the Peak. I was basically using it “blind,” and it still delivered smooth, consistent sessions.
What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure my base was sent in for inspection as quickly as possible. They truly seemed to care about resolving the issue and getting everything handled the right way.
I’m excited to receive the fully functioning base and experience the Peak the way it’s meant to be used. Overall, even with the minor setback, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the support behind it.
Not worth it
I don’t even understand why people are hyping these things? My friends was giving errors within months and now ours is erroring even cleaned/dryed never had water touch it. Probably 6 months of use if that for $350+ lol should have just bought a GoPro

Charged card, ignored by Support.
From the UK, tried to order the Pivot and Hot Knife combo. Card was charged immediately despite the website saying the payment failed, and has since been pending in my bank account. I sent an email to support the day it happened, and despite their promised response time of 48-72 hours, I have been given absolute radio silence. It is NOT currently a holiday that should effect them. Won't be purchasing from the Puffco website ever again if this is how terrible the experience is going to be.

I wanted to share my experience with Puffco and the new Peak Pro V2.
Out of the box, the Peak Pro V2 was absolutely amazing — smooth hits, great flavor, easy to use, and overall just a premium device. I genuinely loved it… right up until I started having battery issues. That part was frustrating, especially for such a high-end product.
I reached out to Puffco support expecting the usual back-and-forth, but instead I had the pleasure of dealing with Dewie — and honestly, he went above and beyond. Dewie took the time to understand my situation and ultimately made an exception for me by approving a replacement base.
That level of customer service is rare these days.
Even though I had an issue with the battery, Puffco completely made it right thanks to Dewie. I’m super happy, grateful, and soon to be back to enjoying my Peak Pro V2. Huge shoutout to Dewie at Puffco for taking care of me — you turned a frustrating situation into a great experience.
Respect to Puffco for standing behind their products and their customers.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PUFFCO WARRANTY SCAM
I have had a puffco peak for a few months and was working great. Then it started flashing red/white, red, and it would not build much vapor any more. I bought several brand new 3dxl chambers an non of them worked on the device. I filed a claim and gave them multiple forms of proof that it was not working.
The support rep Christina had me send my device and they held it for almost a week just to tell me nothing is wrong with it and they are sending it back with a new chamber which is useless since I already tested SEVERAL different brand new chambers. This has gone for over a month now and their communication is horrible and super slow. Expect an average of 2 days or more to hear back from them. I'm extremely disappointed on how puffco has handled this. I gave them several forms of proof of it not working and they give me zero proof of it working. They don't care about you and they just treat your inquiry like a number. All they have to do is follow through on their warranty and use some common sense.
I know you guys are sending me a broken peak back to me with a chamber that I already tested. The chamber you are sending me is the same one I bought brand new and never worked on my device (as 3 other chambers didn't work)
Now I'm going to have to wait another week for it to show up for it just to not work again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had an issue with my puffco peak joystick tether and the customer service were extremely helpful in finding a resolution. Even going above and beyond to send me a new joystick even though it wasn’t covered in my warranty. Special thanks to Sydnee for assisting me
Puffco peak pro v1 warranty
Had peak pro v1 had over 2k dabs on the device and had it for 9 months roughly i think the led lights went on it. Would just flicker. I emailed Puffco about the warranty. I had to wait longer than expected. But the outcome was well worth it. They told me because I’m located internationally i can keep the device and they are sending me a replacement v1 pro base. I am so grateful words don’t get it all out.. will only consume out of Puffco products.
