Puffco Peak V2 - Prepare for Disappointment
The Puffco Peak V2, or New Peak as it is called, has provided the most disappointing dabbing experience that I've ever encountered. I upgraded the glass piece, tried bradley miller joystick/spinner carb caps with ruby pearls, and nothing seems to make the experience acceptable in my opinion. Who wants to sip for 30 seconds to get a weak cloud? I can literally inhale from the Peak V2 for the same time that I can take in a breath without concentrates involved. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

John turned my experience around. Would recommend.
Gave these guys a little bit of a hard time because my recent experiences have been pretty bad, Received an email from John who handles customer service and did a great job finding a resolution for me. So far everything has been good with my replacement items and I am a happy camper.

Had a problem with my peak pro
Had a problem with my peak pro. Got in touch with puffco warranty department. They had me to try a few different things. Got back in contact and they sent me a replacement they didn’t have the desert color so they offered a different color. I asked for the onex and an and joy stick cap and they are going to send me one. The person that I want to thank for helping me with this issue he or she is great so THANK YOU DUIE.

I purchased the new Proxy on October 31 2025 , 265 dabs later the chamber went out . I reached out to Puffco and was assisted by Dewie. He went above and beyond to assist me . I’m grateful. I’m very satisfied with the service and resolution. The new proxy is life changing ! Thank you very much !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Devices last a couple of months until you have to spend more money to get it working again. Far too expensive for the quality. There are definitely cheaper and superior options out there.

So I have had issues with my peak pro and a 3dxl chamber so in saying that I want to really thank the warranty department of puffco especially one person of em all by the name of Dewie . Dewie has gone above and beyond (his/her/their) duty to help me out with all of my issues I've came across and so far ! Thanks again Puffco support, this is why I stick with this incredible company!
Dead Proxy - Brand New
I used a brand new proxy twice, attempted to update firmware and it died/bricked. I have been unable to get it to respond. I reached out to customer support who provided troubleshooting steps that were absolutely unhelpful. I reached out for clarification and have not received a response back in over a week. Makes for a nice paper-weight I suppose...

Started using e-rigs around 2018-19 , but I didn't buy a Puffco until 5/2025.
I didn't start with a Puffco back in 2018 because I was told by several shop owners that 30%-40% were D.O.A rigjt out the box , and they was $400+.
I'm someone that takes care of things I own especially electric devices. Always use low temps , always keep everything clean , and I would even let it cool down every few cycles so they don't get too hot.
When I got my Puffco peak pro 3DXL Pearl I was very gentle with it.
Not even 30 days after I got it I stary3d having issues with the atomizer (red white red white light code) . I contacted Puffco and they sent me another atomizer very quickly and without any b.s .
I was surprised and happy on how fast and easy it was to do that , but at the same time I was scared to use it , and now I barely use it.
A few days ago I decided to use it again. The next day it started with the atomizer error lights!
When it comes to functionality I do really like the Puffco Peak Pro. Not only do the options and being able to customize it make it nice but the way the atomizer is made and works is much better then others.
The newest app update fixed a couple things I didn't like about the app.
I would never buy one that didn't allow you to adjust heat temp , although i don't think the heat is what it says on these. Being a low temp only dabber I know that a 480° dab would be way too hot for me , but thats the sweet spot for me on the Puffco Peak Pro.
I need to get a new tepm reader first before I can say for sure the temps don't match.
I've tested the temps before on others and my e-nail.
I know that my favorite temp for rosin is between 332° - 342° .

Exceeded my Expectations
Dealing with puffco and their warrenty staff specifically Dewie was super easy, I was pleasently surprised with the outcome of my claim and they went far above and beyond my expectations to help me. I would recommend puffco a million times to anyone. I'm a long time supporter and have owned two peaks and a pivot and never had to use my warrenty until now. Their prompt to attitude is a win in my books!
Horrible company
Usually I don't write reviews but I am trying anything I can for puffco to simply respond to me! My puffco pivot broke 3 months into use, bought new coils and that was not the issue. I sent puffco warranty support before thanksgiving and still have not heard anything back. I'm being ignored when my warranty is still intact and I've done nothing wrong. I really wanted to buy the 3d XL but the customer service is making me not want to be a customer anymore. If your device ever fails, don't expect them to respond.
