If there were 0 stars I would choose that. Atomizer latest 3 days after purchase emailed 3 times no response. Now Pivot won’t even turn on with charging and new atomizer. Overpriced junk. Owned about 3 months and now useless.

I contacted puffco on the 31/10/25 to try to sort my problem with my puffco peak, i recieved a email back off caity asking for a short video of the problem with where an when i purchased the item and the invoice , i replied the same day with the details an video needed , and its now the 9/12/25 and im yet to recieve a reply, i have emailed caity teice to see if there is any progress but ive heard nothing back , puffco's customer service is awful to say the least,

I recently had an issue with my Puffco, and the customer service I received was absolutely top-notch. It was a breath of fresh air from the usual excuses you hear from most companies. They really went all out to help me out, and I wanted to make sure people knew that. Great products and excellent customer service are a unicorn combination in today's market.
Scam/ poor customer service.
Order and it took aboit 10 days to arrive. Sent me a failed product. Wouldn't let me send it back for liek 3-4 weeks. Had it for a whole nother week for them to get it. After they had it for a week I reached out again. They said they sent me a replacement. After another week, The sent me a replacement without the chamber. They don't have a customer support number. Just a email that they get back to you after a week. Scam

I was sold a faulty chamber from a shop in downtown I waited a week and no response I emailed puffco and got back from Dewie he was a lot of help and he was able to ensure I was able to get a replacement chamber for the incident I had before they were a lot of help and really simple information that was given to help with the process I’m very grateful

I’ve had an amazing experience with the warranty process regarding my 3DXL. Dewie helped me the last few times I had issues with the defective unit and has taken care of me every single time I wanted to say how appreciative I am of this. When your warranty is out, it really is expensive so having your warranty honored as it should be by a company that does exactly what they say they are going to do is amazing.

I’ve owned several Puffco products and have loved each one for its ease of use and great performance. The build quality is consistently high. Like with any device, some things can become defective over time, but Puffco’s customer service made the experience easy. Miranda got back to me quickly, and she’s genuinely one of the best representatives out there. She guided me through the replacement process for a couple of devices and assured me she’d do everything she could to help. It took a little time, as expected, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and professional throughout. I’m very happy and impressed with the Puffco team, and my replacement parts were covered by my warranty. Thank you so much, Miranda!

Definitely didn't know my Puffco was under warranty, so I thought I was screwed and had to buy another Puffco Peak Pro. I had 6k on mine, and they said they'd send me a new one. I have to buy a 3DXL now to show the love. Shoutout to an excellent customer service, super fast.
Do not order anything from puffco
Do not order anything from puffco. They have the worst customer service team in the world. Takes over a week for them to look at emails or even process orders. With what they charge for shipping and their products this is absolute joke.

Amazing customer service
I absolutely love my flameless proxy! It's my favorite pipe. I love that I dont need anything to light my dabs. I broke my Proxy within the first two weeks after buying it and they sent me the replacement part free. Ive never had a pipe company do that. Thank you for an amazing product!
