We've been using Pulltail for dry van rentals and the process has been very efficient from start to finish. The approval process was quick, the instructions were clear, and everything was handled electronically, which made pickup very easy. We especially liked the check-in and check-out system because it documents everything and avoids confusion later. Billing and invoices are also easy to track through the account. This setup works very well for carriers that need trailers for longer periods or for storage. Overall, the service is organized, professional, and easy to work with. We plan to continue renting from Pulltail as our business grows.

Their digital approach saves a lot of time and hassle for both drivers and fleet owners. I had a great experience renting a 53' dry van trailer. The semi trailer rental process was straightforward, everything was ready as promised, and the trailer was in good condition and performed perfectly for our loads.
