The ordering process was easy and delivery was swift. I love the T-shirt I bought as a gift. Great quality and fantastic value for money. However, it is too big and I have emailed four times in an effort to exchange it for a smaller size. I have received no response. Customer service is non-existent.

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered 2 jumpers, my husband’s was fine. My son’s was seemingly substituted from a kids 12-13 yrs to an adults XS which drowned him. They’ve ignored all my contact about this. Really poor. Expect to take a risk that you’ll end up with the wrong item and be stuck with it without the one you want. I was hoping my son would be able to wear it for this year but it’s massive as it’s an adults jumper! Very disappointed. They had the cheek to ask for my review today after ignoring my emails. So here I am writing a fitting review

first order from PunkCricket arrived in good time. Phoned up to ask a question, really nice people there to answer any queries you have. Will be ordering again from here for Christmas!

Overall very poor. Order placed on 30th November for a Christmas ‘jumper’. My son needed it for two events, 11th and 15th December. It was supposedly dispatched on the 2nd December. Good so far. The problem was it never turned up. Apparently the Post Office had lost it. Multiple emails and telephone calls resulted in a promise that another would be dispatched on the 10th December. It wasn’t. It turns out they are printed as needed so they didn’t even have one to send. It finally arrived after the 2nd event late on the 15th. Not really a jumper. Just a printed sweatshirt. Item returned…… only partial refund received with no explanation. Terrible customer service. Don’t use!
