Do not trust!
Ordered a sweatshirt a month ago and have heard nothing about it being dispatched even though the website states orders should be with customers within a week! I have tried over the last couple of weeks to contact tea please 3 times through email, Instagram and the contact form on their website, but have heard nothing back on any platform!
At this point I have opened a case with PayPal to attempt to get a refund. Such a scam company and such a shame when they advertise as a small female run business! Do not order!

Sometime good, sometimes terrible
I have ordered gifts from this site multiple times. Orders for UK delivery have been great - product and delivery time has been spot on. The one order I placed for EU delivery never made it to the recipient. It happens and if it has been lost I can accept it, but the company just stopped all communication with me as I tried to work out if I could locate the parcel myself. Ignoring customers is just about the worst customer service move a business can make - if you can't help me, have the courtesy to be up front about it.
