Lovely present given to me for my birthday.an event that I would advise everybody to do...staff are really friendly and so was Serena......puppies where beautiful and playful.

Simply the best thing in the world

Came with the whole family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Serena and her team welcomed us with open arms and we immediately felt at home. Very clean space and full of cushions, blankets and little toys for the puppies. Plus a great playlist! We had the pleasure of an hour session with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies. Such adorable creatures, full of energy and spark! Serena and her team were very knowledgeable and talked us through the breed and their history. We all thoroughly enjoyed our interaction and will definitely be back! Serena even put together a gift bag for my daughter's birthday which was a lovely touch. My son said that this is now his happy place and I couldn't agree more. Thank you Serena. For that hour of my life my mind was at peace. Lots of love x

Me and my daughters had a wonderful time at Puppy Luv this weekend. The puppies were just adorable and the environment was great. Serena was so helpful and personable during the booking process, her and her team were very knowledgable of the puppies and breed during the session, explaining all sorts of info and facts. Her team were super friendly and helped distribute puppies so no one was without cuddles and lovely touches at the end with snacks. This is a really well run and cared for local business and we will be back for sure. Thank you Puppy Luv for cheering my daughters up.

Oh my god, an hour of the cutest puppies.. could life get any better. 100% recommend booking to any dog/animal lovers.

The whole experience was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and lovely and especially good with little ones, making everyone feel included. We also learnt lots about the breed which was nice. The team are very knowledgable.

I attended with my Mum, son and niece. My mum was unable to sit on the floor but it was no trouble to provide her a chair which was really appreciated.. and the cutest pup slept in her arms for ages 🥹

Utterly wonderful, exactly as I'd hoped for. My daughter had a wonderful puppy party!

We attended a wellness session for my birthday… little did we know two weeks later we were completing our family by picking one up and making her ours! A puppy was not on the cards for us but she chose us. Our little boy burst into tears when he met her. An incredible start to 2025 as a family and all thanks to Puppy Luv. The session itself was magic, I got a little birthday gift, there were refreshments and it was a relaxed but fun vibe with Serena answering all my questions! Thank you so much ♥️

I recently attended a Puppy Wellbeing session with my puppies, and it was a fantastic experience. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a safe and friendly environment for both myself and my pups. The puppies were well looked after throughout the session, and I really appreciated the care and attention given to them.

A huge plus was that I was able to sell two puppies at the session, which was a great help. Sherena was excellent with communication and scheduling, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I would 100% do it again and highly recommend Puppy Wellbeing to anyone looking for a supportive and well-organised space for their puppies!

Amazing experience and adorable pups were super well behaved for only being 7 weeks old! Serena was great in the session and gave some great points on puppy care too.

Brought my two kids who are unsure about dogs. Both completely changed their view after playing with the puppies and loved having a puppy asleep on their lap. Adorable. Begging to go back!

Unforgettable, we had 9 Belgian Malinois and all such characters. Miss Green was a personal favourite as she was an absolute menace.

Took my children there twice and they loved every single minute with the puppies! One of them wanted to have it as his birthday party and it was the most relaxing ever. A recommended experience.
