The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. However, the delivery took longer than expected, and communication about the delay was lacking.

As far as i experienced there are 2 different scamming companies. One by the name of PupsFamily & other one by the name of Carpulsez. Both shares and send scam email named on some wellknown shipping companies and charge you for a membership which you don't know about with no return policy. Also they keeps personal information and declines erasing requests.

KAI REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY AFTER CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION UNLESS I GIVE HIM A 5 STAR RATING FOR A SERVICE HE HASN'T YET PERFORMED- HARD TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO COUNT ON HIM TO DELIVER WHEN HE HASN'T DELIVERED. I OFFERED 5 STARS AFTER I GET MY MONEY. Did not inted to use this app

Scammers. They tricked me from a fake website over something completely different and used my bank details to sign me up for a membership here nearly taking out £58 from my account without my knowledge. I have since cancelled the membership. I asked if this was the case to a real member of staff in the live chat and they have left me on read in the middle of a conversation.

Ich kam zu einer Mitgliedschaft über eine Mail von Rituals, das ich zum Geburtstag erhielt.

Es una estafa. No compréis en esta página, al querer comprar un producto (x), te redirige a una suscripción, que te cobra solo por clickear con un producto engañoso (que ni siquiera tienen ellos), es solo un timo. Página pupsfamily.com y thepetmost.com) fraude. Me atendió un operador Daisy y me dijo que me devolverían el dinero, pero han pasado los días y el cobro sigue ahí. Además me obligan a valorar ña página para que les haga una captura y proceder a la devolución.
