As far as i experienced they are 2 different scamming companies. Both shares and send scam mail named on some wellknown shipping companies and made you pay membership with no return policy. Also they keeps personal information and declines erasing requests.

Pupsfamily is one big SCAM. You have to give a good review in exchange for a refund. Refund was promised 7th Jan 2025 - but still no refund made. Been waiting over a month.

This company should be closed down, they are dishonest! All the positive reviews are fake, it is only done in exchange for a refund you will never get anyway. They remove negative reviews, bunch of liars!

Hice el pago por una bicicleta eléctrica v8 de Amazon, realizado el pago, la página web me redirecciono hacia esta (página) donde me encuentro con productos de belleza. Envié mails, y nadie responde a mi solicitud de cancelar mi suscripción, ya que nunca me subscribi a nada. Y espero me reembolsen el dinero que pague.
Ante estafas cómo estás ustedes deben estar atentos, si no tienen nada que ver con Amazon y estás personas al acecho de la buena fe. Por cierto la persona que hacia las propagandas me bloqueo de Facebook, asique no tengo donde más reclamar. Tristeza pura.

Purely disgusting company, a simple refund would take 7-10 business days and after that you need to fill up a trustpilot feedback and make sure you give them a positive score in order for them to send you a refund - on top of that, if you give them a positive feedback you will need to wait another 7-1 business days to be credited.

Now im not expecting for a refund because i post the truth.
