I held a Personal Guarantee Insurance with Purbeck. When I made a claim they highlighted that I had not fulfilled the requirements of the Policy. However they took into account my personal situation and agreed to review my claim. They gathered a lot of data from me and after several weeks confirmed that they would pay out against my Policy. In my experience Insurers find ways to deny claims rather than ways to make exceptions. On this occasion Purbeck went to extreme lengths to ensure that my claim would be paid. This is an exceptional outcome for me and a fine example of first class service by the Purbeck claims team. With Purbeck there is humanity left in the Insurance market!

I had a large personal guarantee in place for an integral piece of equipment for my business. Unfortunately the worst happened and I had to liquidate my company. I can honestly say that from start to finish Nick and the team at Purbeck have been fantastic.

Throughout the whole process they have been there to support and guide me and introduce me to the needed support services and negotiators which has proven invaluable.

Of course they have asked questions but as long as you have been transparent and followed the policy these are very straightforward to answer. I am receiving a full payout as promised and cannot recommend them enough.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is bordering on many things that I will hold back on describing. Avoid if you are considering taking a policy out, you'll be left to drown.

Purbeck have responded with a generic comment to say they cannot confirm my details, to which I have responded directly with everything required, and of course no response! Stay well clear of this company.
