Excellent service, the lads where very polite and helpful and never stopped working. Everybody we have dealt with have been extremely helpful.

I haven't bothered writing reviews in the past but following on from my experience with new age innovation I thought I would change a habit of a lifetime and right a short review.
From my initial phone conversation with new age innovation to my last phone call to actuate the charging cycle of my batteries, l have been more than pleased with every step of the process.
The initial phone call was a clear brief of what could be achieved.
The following meeting with John gave me the opportunity to ask questions and understand why the system that suited my household would require a certain size of battery storage and that I could add to it in the future if my circumstances changed. John was extremely knowledgeable and everything we agreed on was put in place and executed without out any problems.
The installers turned up on time and worked quickly and and left everything clean including my ten-year-old solar panels.
The phone conversations I've had with the company have been answered quickly and the persons I have spoke with have been knowledgeable and helpful. My system is now more efficient and I can watch everything through the apps on my phone.

There is always apprehension when dealing with a company for the first time.In this particular case, any apprehension was totally unfounded. My initial contact and negotiations were with their Office Manager, Kiele who was absolutely brilliant, courteous & patient. All her dealings were carried out in a very professional manner.
Kiele organised the installation to take place within a very short timespan. This was carried out by two engineers: Dan & Mike who were exceptional in the way they carried out all of the new work.
My congratulations to New Age Innovations for a job well done.

What a pleasure it is dealing with small companies like this. You can easily speak to people in the company who are keen to help you. Installation carried out quickly and efficiently by a nice bunch of guys. Follow up call from HQ to ensure all was done ok. Further technical support provided efficiently. Thanks Harry and Kiele. Three guys arrived in the time slot I was given. They explained exactly what they were going to do and carried out the installation very efficiently. They were very friendly, answered all my questions and removed all their rubbish.

Two engineers came and fitted a new inverter, power optimisers to the solar panels. They were very polite and friendly and explained what they ere doing. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves , the work they done was excellent.

Had a full solar edge PV system installed by new age in august. Had done a lot of research regarding the system i wanted installed, had spoken to at least 5 different companies nationally but decided to go with New Age in the end due to the helpful nature and service provided by them.
They were extremely helpful and knowledgable in regards to the system i was planning on having installed. They sourced the exact panel and inverter that i requested and were massively competitive in regards to price also. Installation was a breeze, arrived at 8 in the morning and were done installing a full 14 panel, solar edge optimised system by 1pm. There was absolutely no mess, the installers were all massively polite and down to earth, were happy to explain when a few questions were asked and they were informative and helpful. They even constantly removed their shoes every time they walked through the house even though i said i was fine not to. Since having the system installed it has worked flawlessly and even though i have had some trouble in getting the Smart export Guarantee from the providers (which is no fault of new age) the after service thus far they have provided in helping this has been fantastic!!
All in all i would use again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone based on the service i have received.

I had a problem with my inverter following the installation of a voltage optimiser, the firm that installed it couldnt get my battery system operating again but wanted to charge me a further £1000 to install a replacement inverter. I wasnt convinced the unit was faulty got New Age`s number they contacted me straight away and were totally up front about costs which were fair and reasonable I went with them. Their technicians came on time and solved the issue, it wasnt that easy to solve but they persevered,went methodically through all possible problems until they fixed it saved me a great deal of money and stress I thoroughly recommend these guys

Engineer arrived later than expected and didn't let us know. That said worked well. Due to light fading informed us that we would be linked up remotely tomorrow via phone, nobody did.
Engineer arrived today to complete link and clean solar panels.

Great company, they explain clearly,clarifying and questions you have. Installers only took less than 2 hours, very professional explaining everything at the end of installation. A pleasure to do business with.

All my dealings with this company have been first class. From sales to ordering to fitting to paying they are very efficient.

Excellent service from friendly staff and all explained in simple terms that can be easily understood. Good value when you consider the long term support included in the package.
Had a problem for a while with my old panels. This was sorted out by the MD and I was so pleased with the improved performance that I oppted to have the battery storage as an addition. All my information is now online. Great!

The sales man was not to pushy to sell from the start and gave you time to decide. When decided to go ahead the time span was quick and the engineers came on time and were polite and left the place clean and tidy when left and the istilation never took long.

At 10:00am on Wednesday 14th October two employees of New Age Innovation, (Aron and Joe) arrived at my house to upgrade my solar panel system. They were very pleasant and hard working, completing the upgrade by 12:15 and clearing up thoroughly at the conclusion. I was very happy with their work. The only factor that prevents me from awarding the company five stars was that due to a problem with a previous job, they failed to turn up for my original booking of Thursday 8th of October. Kiele at their head office (in Grays, Essex) was very apologetic.

We have just had a Solar Edge upgrade installed on our solar panels. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The fitters were efficient, friendly and professional. Everything was explained very clearly. No hesitation in recommending this company

The visiting engineer clearly explained in layman's language the technical aspects and the benefits of upgrading the system. He was not pushy selling the products and installation.
The fitters were polite and professional, quickly and efficiently installing, explaining and setting up the new system. A job well done with no problems.

A seamless and smooth process throughout. Pleasant and professional people. New inverters were fitted without any problems and are working well. The associated app is good and informative. I have no regrets about choosing this company.
