Three no nonsense men drove up, did the job without fuss and drove away. Incidentally also coped with us not really knowing very much about our internet settings and patiently explained how it all works. First class.

I was extremely happy and surprised after using "New age innovation", for information regarding power storage. It is rare these days to find a company as helpful and honest. The company has probably saved me £1000's of pounds. Thank you very much.

Joe and Arran were a very courteous and friendly couple of workmen who upgraded our solar panels in a speedy and clean manner and I have no hesitation in recommending them for their work.

The sale person was convincing. He took his time, we spent a lot of time just talking. While that may not be relevant to the sale, it helped build confidence. He also knew his stuff, so it seems.
Installation was simple and easy. Two engineers arrived almost spot on the agreed time and were friendly and efficient. The only downside: one took my wifi code card with him .. Any chance of getting it back, please?

As a result of a cold call. stating they just wanted to check the inverter, that they would tell me how much time was left on inverters life and appraise me of the options under a government scheme I agreed to see their agent having been assured that I would not be asked for any payments. After about 45 minutes of the agent trying to confuse me with technical jargon and a warning that some fittings could cause a fire and the firemen could be electrocuted he took a cusory look at the inverter and a photograph to prove it was still in working condition he told me how much it would cost to fit a new inverter, check the solar panels and update other fittings. It was going to cost the same amount as I paid to have the whole system installed 6 years ago. Needles to say I declined. I gave one star because the agent wasn't pushy.

Friendly & efficient company to deal with. The three fitters worked quickly & were very co-operative despite the very wet weather, carrying their wet shoes through the house and hosing out the guttering from pigeon mess etc.

I had my solar PV system converted to the Solar edge "Parrallel" system last November, also arranged was a hot water converter, to be installed, able to generate hot water from the excess electricity generated. This was installed at the same time.
I was assurred by the representative that this would generate enough hot water for a traditional 4 person family.
I have been disapointed with the lack of hot water, there was no paper work with this installation, but when checking the control panel, pressing a black button seams to generate a basin full of hot water, the immersion heater is not the length oc the water tank.
Complaining to the company by phone several weeks ago, I was assurred that an engineer would visit to check it out.
To date not a word, or a visit has occurred.

This is one of the companies gathering up orphans left over after the demise of the first rush of solar panel installers who took our guarantees to the grave with them. NAI cold-called us in the first instance and have been keen but not over-bearing and seem to show more concern for us as users of renewable energy than the installers (not difficult but welcome). They recently organised anti-wildlife mesh and threw in panel cleaning. The contractors they used were excellent and did a thoroughly efficient and very competent job. We would have no hesitation in working through NAI again should the need arise.

I found New Age Innovations to be informative, efficient and pleasant to deal with. The installations of the Solar Edge and the bird caging around the solar panels were installed quickly and without mess.

The back office provided all the information and booked in the fitters with a happy tone on the phone. Came over very well.

The fitters arrived as expected and everything co-ordinated well. The fitters tidied up after and left the property as I would expect - clean and tidy.

Having been left in the lurch by the original installers of our solar PV system, New Age have been a breath of fresh air. Available options were clearly & honestly explained, with a good deal of useful background info to back those up. Once we'd decided on our course of action, the work was carried out swiftly & professionally (all with a friendly & helpful demeanour) - earlier than planned due to a last-minute cancellation on another job. After sales care has so far been very good. The online monitoring of the individual panels seems to work very well - time will tell whether fault diagnosis by New Age is as good as they claim: although, I have no reason to suppose that it won't.
Won't hesitate to recommend them if anyone needs assistance in the solar PV field.

So far so good! We have not been customers of this company for long, but our dealings with them up to now have been good. It's hard to evaluate at this stage whether what they say should happen DOES happen - I'll need to give another review several months down the line. But I'm definitely happy with all dealings so far.

Operatives were quiet and got on with the job leaving everything clean and tidy on leaving

Fast and efficient. The crew who came to upgrade our solar installation were courteous and knowledgeable. They left our house clean and tidy taking all debris away with them.

Very pleased with presentation, service, installation of new inverter and servicing of my existing pv panels. The mobile app also gives very comprehensive details of installation performance

New Age are very Good and explain everything in detail

Received a call from new ages team, not having anyone round to review the system since first installed I accepted. They went through a few things with me and answered my concerns. Had my converter upgraded and I can now monitor my system online. smooth process thorughout
