I'm trying to become more in tune with my body and although I am new to acupuncture, I always feel physically and mentally better after a treatment from Martine, who is gentle, professional and empathetic in her practice. She has worked on hip pain aswell as some digestive issues. I will continue to visit her to ensure that my body is running smoothly. If I have questions, she answers them in a clear way I can understand. Highly recommend!

I started seeing Martine in 2021 for chronic headaches. I had daily headaches that were so severe I couldn't function for several hours a day. I had tried everything, neurologists, CT scans, the works. The only solution western medicine had was ever stronger drugs that sedated me. Within three sessions with Martine I was headache free. She is not only highly skilled but empathetic, professional and kind. Finding her has honestly been life changing for me. I have subsequently worked with her as a Chinese medicine patient for other issues and continue to go back to her when my headaches flare up. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Martine is a great professional and has helped me manage pain and inflammation from Rheumatoid Arthritis completely medication free. Now she is supporting me with issues around pregnancy. I love the fact that every time we have a consultation she checks on symptoms and adjusts accordingly. Highly professional, very friendly and empathetic- highly recommended!

Martine has an excellent reassuring manner and a way of making you feel comfortable from the very start. After taking a conventional GP route to a debilitating face pain, so great I was unable to eat, I was prescribed very strong pain relieve and anti-depressant drug. Martine recommended acupuncture which has reduced the pain to the slightest of feeling and I was able to stop taking any medication. I am now able to continue with everything that I could do before being unwell. Should this pain return in the future I would not hesitate to return to Martine.

My daughter has had two courses of acupuncture with Martine and the results have been amazing. The first treatment really helped relieve the symptoms of anxiety that followed the death of her dad. The second course (two years later) has focused more on low mood and fatigue focusing on nourishing her blood. This has helped enormously with my daughter's periods, energy levels and appetite. Martine is very calm and very positive and gave some helpful nutritional advice alongside the acupuncture treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend her or go back to her in the future.

Martine has a warm and confident manner, combined with an exceptional knowledge of Chinese medicine. She never jumps to conclusions, investigates everything thoroughly, and crafts a course of treatment specific for the needs. She is an excellent practitioner of acupuncture, and her knowledge and skill alleviated the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing for some months. I have no reservations in recommending her.

Martine was so patient and listened to my concerns that I had with mine and my partners ttc journey.

Each session that I had with Martine was different and I could tell how much work she was putting in with trying to understand what might have been going on for my physical and emotional health.
It was very much a person centred approach.
I am now in the early stages of my pregnancy after a couple of months of seeing Martine and I’m sure that Acupuncture helped immensely.

I’ve been seeing the lovely Martine weekly for about 5 weeks now. I’m so very impressed with her - she’s extremely professional , sympathetic to my health conditions, so ahead of her game and “knows her stuff“ incredibly well !
I have so much confidence and faith in her and I learn something new each time I see her - (what I can do to help myself through nutrition, supplements, a specific yoga and prescribed herbal Chinese medicine to try etc)
Martine has helped improve bad migraines With visual disturbances , brain fog , low mood and severe Chronic fatigue caused by chronic conditions I suffer with. She is also assisting me to come off my antidepressants With acupuncture (Which will be a great achievement 😊 )

Martine is genuinely kind, caring and compassionate. Her vast knowledge of TCM acupuncture has allowed her to seamlessly navigate her way through various different medical complaints I have presented to her with over the years I have known her. I have every faith that my recent health challenge can be resolved with Martine and her needles at the helm.

5 years ago a doctor from Poole hospital recommended Martine for acupuncture as I had a badly pulled illiopsois muscle which she went on to heal plus treat my low mood.....I have now gone back to her for Fibromyalgia/ME Depression and Menopause Symptoms and on my first treatment my mood lifted and I felt 60% less fatigued and with continued treatment I know I’m going to keep getting better and better
I have experienced Accupuncture before who are not 100%Genuine but Martine is the real deal

I had a massage booked in with Martine as I was getting severe pain in my back and neck. Martine instantly made me feel at ease and was thorough when exploring my back issues. After one session the pain had gone and I felt relaxed for the first time in ages. Would 100% recommend.

I'd never been for accupuncture before and was a sceptic when Martine was recommended to me as someone who could help me with my anxiety/panic attacks, but... I couldn't have been happier and more relieved when she managed to immediately reduce my pounding heart and general physical agitation at my first session! I continued with a number of session to really focus the treatment and am delighted that I no longer have any palpitations and feel much calmer :-) Martine was professional throughout, curteous and caring, and I'd highly recommend her services. You're not tied-in to a number of sessions, so at least have a go and see if she can help.

I went to see Martine for various different things over a couple of years (physical and emotional) and she has helped me enormously with all of them.

You get a real feeling of Zen when you're with her. She puts you at ease with her professionalism, confidence and her knowledge and you leave feeling calm and relaxed.

I have not only recommended her to friends and family but I have driven people to see her when they've been in too much pain to get there themselves.

If like me you want to avoid conventional medicine, give Martine a try. You won't be disappointed.

Martine has magical hands and needles. Have seen her a few times over the years for different things and have always felt much better after treatments.

Martine is my saviour. She has treated me for various things, one in particular I had been given antibiotics for 10 times in a year, Martine treated me once for it with acupuncture and it went and hasn't come back since. I know, I wouldn't have believed it either!

She's also been excellent for anxiety & depression over the years, so much so that sometimes I just go and have a treatment as a pick-me-up when I'm feeling a bit flat! You know when you just feel blocked and like you can't move forwards? She fixes that too.

And don't say you don't like needles, no one does! But it's well worth it. I didn't believe acupuncture would work when I first met Martine, if I'm really honest! But it does. And way better than drugs.
