Quite a long winded process with plenty going wrong. Very restrictive in usage, can only be used online, cannot be added to google pay and some retailers (online) do not accept them full stop.... もっと見る

Excellent. The BT Rewards Card is a great way to bring in new customers for BT, and I've enjoyed spending my reward! Very easy to use and didn't really have any issue making payments online.

Extremely poor

Extremely poor - I am unable to get my details so can't use my points. No support and now told I can't get my the points back to my account

Very helpful kind and professional

Very helpful kind and professional, but if mix up as desperately needed gas/electric, but had to use it on water bill, at least it has come down massively with help from purecard, Thankyou.

Not happy

The fact that you have my email address…

The fact that you have my email address but can't link that to my experience says enough, an absolute shambles from the start.

We can see there has already been a case created for you, with our colleague popping over an email on the 10th of March - however, as we did not receive a reply to that particular email and could see the card was successfully activated, the case was completed.

Hi i paid for a top up on my dads phone…

Hi i paid for a top up on my dads phone hed been rushed into hospital in june/july 2025 using my pure card i topped up £30 ,thinking thats that ,as its only a prepaid card i thought no more about it ,since then this company has been taking £49 a month i am having little joy with the company or pure card it getting my money back .I thought tje card couldnt be used for continuos payments how wrong the customer service is terrible,no one availible to talk to other than first point of call really poor service ,can you please contact me to sort out my problem not the service i expect from mastercard

Pure Card do not take any funds from you however, these are provided directly by your employer. We cannot see any transactions for £49.

The setting up didn’t work correctly

The setting up didn’t work correctly, wouldn’t let me sign back in took three days to eventually sort, but once sorted it was like using any other card

The BT Pure Card is virtual, meaning that it will not be arriving via the post. Instead, it will be sent to you via email.

We have gone ahead and popped you out a User name reminder and password reset. With these you should be able to login to your account, click the card info tab and view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

Hard to access card if you arent computer savvy

This card is so hard to access if you have limited skills using a computer. Trying to get a new password is tough if you have problems remembering things

Plusnet - Purecard prepaid registration - Scam / Beware

The registration process for the pre-paid card advertised with signing up to broadband with Plusnet - intentionally does not work as strongly evidenced in the Plusnet customer forum and my own recent experience. Plusnet maintain it is a Purecard issue, Purecard maintain it is a Plusnet issue, leave you on hold and then hang up (twice out of 3 calls) and their website registration page flags an error message.
I have been contacted by a Plusnet person via the Plusnet Forum asking me for my details to look in to the matter, but I am not hopeful after such a long time-wasting intentionally broken process.
