En cuanto al producto, a mi bebé le gustó desde el primer dÃa. Con la leche de vaca habÃa lloros, enfado, no querÃa comer, tenÃa gases y regurgitaba mucho. La leche de cabra le sienta muy bien, tiene muchos menos gases y regurgita poquÃsimo. Además le encanta porque ve el biberón y abre la boquita para comer, y eso antes no pasaba. Ahora disfruta comiendo una leche rica, sana y de calidad.
En cuanto a los envÃos, son muy rápidos y están bien protegidos.
Asà es que estamos muy contentos, bebé feliz, padres felices.

Les boîtes de lait sont systématiquement endommagées lors de la réception peu importe le transporteur. Le service client mâassure que les emballages vont être renforcés. Le renforcement est trÚs limités et la société fait de toute évidence des économies sur un poste aussi important que lâemballage dommage !

Jâai de nouveau consulté le rapport de notre service client et jâai également vu les photos que vous avez envoyées des cartons arrivés partiellement ouverts. Câest évidemment trÚs désagréable et je comprends parfaitement votre déception et votre colÚre.
Nous travaillons continuellement à lâamélioration de nos emballages afin dâéviter ce type de situation à lâavenir. Nous avons déjà développé une nouvelle boîte pour un maximum de 4 boîtes de lait et nous travaillons actuellement sur un carton plus solide pour 6 boîtes. De plus, ces emballages porteront des mentions claires comme « Fragile » afin que les transporteurs manipulent les colis avec davantage de précaution.
Nous ne voulons pas rejeter la responsabilité sur dâautres, mais malheureusement nous nâavons pas toujours un contrÃŽle total sur la maniÚre dont les colis sont traités pendant le transport. Câest pourquoi nous proposons trois services de livraison différents pour la France, afin dâoffrir davantage de choix à nos clients. Toutes les commandes quittent notre centre de distribution soigneusement emballées et en bon état. Nous transmettons également réguliÚrement les réclamations concernant les dommages liés au transport aux transporteurs, même si nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas garantir la maniÚre dont celles-ci sont ensuite traitées en interne.
