Very professional and pleasant…
Very professional and pleasant experience during the purchase of my HMO through Pureinvestor.
Mark Burns was always honest, impressive, knowledgeable and readily available to respond quickly and efficiently to queries.
Mark was engaged from inception to completion throughout the conveyancing process ensuring the transaction progressed seamlessly between both parties.
I look forward to building this relationship with Pureinvestor in the near future……Oh and as a heads up you might even get treated to dinner following completion. Thanks Mark much appreciated the dining experience, already looking forward to the next.

Purchase Buy to let Property in SITU Bournemouth
Outstanding service from start to finish
I had a great experience purchasing my buy to let property with Tenants in situ through Pure Investor. From the initial discussions right through to completion, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.
They kept me well informed at every stage of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed. Their understanding of the market really showed — as a result of their advice and handling, I was able to achieve a £100 per month rental increase, which made a significant difference to the overall investment return.

I had an impressive experience with the team at Pure Investors. They were very professional and quick in letting out a prime location apartment for my company. Now that was FAST!
WOW! I engaged PURE to sell 6 properties in the NorthWest and they were sold subject to contract, etc, etc within a week. I recognise that it is their "patch" and they have a lot of investors looking for that area. Nevertheless, their performance was impressive.
In the spirit of full disclosure, last year I asked them to sell 3 or 4 properties in Essex and none sold. My view is that their buyers are 100% driven by yield (9%+) and not capital appreciation. When they play to their strengths, stock flies out of the office.

You've also raised an interesting point regarding the various locations we've worked on with you, as I think this very much reflects where the wider market is at the moment. To clarify, whilst we have properties for sale throughout the UK, the reality is that the market offers a higher yield (at present) in the areas where average property prices are lower (ie. the Midlands and the North). When selling the regions further south, particularly those close to London, the offering has to be compelling for investors, both in respect of yield and potential capital appreciation.
As I mentioned, this is where the market is at the moment, and this may well change as the property prices slowly rebalance. However, at present, the market is focusing its demand in the regions outside of the South East.
On a final note, thanks again for placing your trust in us on your properties, it's genuinely appreciated and we've enjoyed working with you. We very much hope to be able to work with you again at some point in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish…
I had a really positive experience with Pure Investor and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or let an investment property.
From my first enquiry, Chris was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process clearly and honestly. Communication was excellent throughout ; I was kept updated regularly and any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.
It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering a high level of service.
A big thank you to the team at Pure Investor for making everything so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

Pure Investor are not like other letting agencies I have dealt with, there is no pressure and it genuinely feels like they want the best for their customers.
