Cameron has already demonstrated a willingness to try to defend his shocking behavior via mistruths. I on the other hand remain honest and factual so let's add a few more facts for readers to judge on:
1. The property owner asked me to work with Pure Leasing not the tenants, which is why I did so. To suggest I refused to engage with the tenant or felt above them is both incorrect and defamatory.
2. Multiple attempts to contact Pure Leasing via both text and calls were ignored. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response (once) and then after that I got no response at all.
3. When I did finally get a 2nd response, it was actually Cameron texting on someone's phone and not identifying himself.
4. It was only after I suggested we chat over the phone rather than text that he finally identified himself.
5. The first thing he said to me in the conversation in a very aggressive manner was that I was condescending. Hardly the way to resolve an issue. As I mentioned below he is a bully and just wanted to bully me into submission.
6. His comment about me not fitting in which he has now acknowledged and on the record was incredibly offensive and highlights his level of arrogance.
7. With his poor attitude, sense of entitlement, arrogance and bullying personality I can't see him fitting in anywhere either.

My engagement with the Director of this business Cameron was the most unprofessional phone call I've ever experienced.

He didn't actually understand what my issues were, didn't listen, talked over the top of me and his only intent seemed to be to bully me into submission. It was disgusting behavior. He even went so far to threaten to tell neighbors (who he claimed were his friends) that I didn't fit into the area. How arrogant do you have to be to judge someone like that after a 20min phone call.

I won't have anything to do with him or his business ever again

Pure Leasing was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional and attentive to all our needs. They always responded quickly to any concerns and resolved issues in a timely manner. Cam delay directly with the home we leased and was top notch. He and the staff are hard working, honest and professional. Could not ask for more!

In this super competitive letting market, where 15+ people are viewing every property with the result that most of the application and enquiry process is automated, searching for and finding a property can be a dehumanising experience. Pure Leasing stood out above the crowd for their quick responses, helpful resources, and their empathy for potential tenants who are navigating this process. For property owners who want to secure good tenants who'll care for your property, the way your letting agent treats tenants during the viewing and application process, and during the first stressful weeks of moving in, makes a world of difference to the kind of tenant who'll be living in your property. As a tenant, I highly recommend the Pure Leasing Central team in Perth. As a homeowner, if I ever let my property, this team would be my first call.

Great service, reliable staff and good value! They have a proactive approach to maintenance and very much focus on optimising your return by aiming for good, long term tenants.

We had a very good experience with Pure Leasing, from November 2023 until February 2025 first of all with Bridget and then Sarah. Had a couple of things that needed repairing but this was dealt with immediately and no questions asked. Would certainly recommend them

After endless viewings on properties we found a lot of rental agents weren’t friendly and almost made you feel deflated in the rental search. Sally was super friendly and informative!

Pure Leasing were a pleasure to deal with. Organised, punctual and had a very quick turnaround on applications. Sally was friendly and knowledgeable. Breath of fresh air in this aggressive rental market.

Having been through years of frustration with property managers, we were thrilled to be referred to Cam and Maddison at Pure Leasing who were highly recommended by an industry expert. They have not disappointed, managing two of our properties to the highest level. From the very first phone call their professionalism, and enthusiasm was evident. Always working in our best interests, our properties were regularly inspected and managed at a very high level with good communication.
