Renting from this place and we are pleased not only with the space but more so the price

Great customer service. Very attentive and personable. Very reasonable rates and impeccably clean facilities.

I got quick help when I needed it. When I called, Martha answered the phone quickly and was able to answer my questions. When I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place. I will be moving my RV here too, from the other Shafter location. I was very satisfied with the whole transaction at the Beach Ave location. Most importantly it’s 24/7 access.

Great service, good pricing, quick, professional, and efficient. Facility is also very clean.

They are very friendly and clean. I would recommend to anyone needing a storage unit.

Needed a storage unit in a hurry. Not familiar with where they were located. Found them fast. Arranged for me to move my things in right away, even extended the gate time so I could get done and out of town on time. Received other pertaining information that I needed to help me with my situation. Thank you again.

Very affordable. Very quick and friendly customer service.

The storage unit was apparently recently treated for bugs and rodents... The problem is, that in this particular unit is a large area of a sticky gooey (and probably poisonous) substance that we could not simply remove... We had to cover over it as best we could to safely store our belongings.

I contacted this company and some others to store my property before leaving on a 2 month vacation to Europe. I chose this facility because it was closer to my house that I had just sold and had to vacate prior to my vacation. They were not the cheapest, just more convenient, and the employee I had contact with was very helpful and courteous. after paying the necessary fees and later placing my storage container on the property, I was contacted a couple of days later and told I had to remove my property and my contract was terminated. Also I was told if I did not do this my property would be removed at my expense and sold to pay for the cost and I could be sued. I was told this by the so called Manager, someone I had not dealt with until now. She was the most rude and arrogant person I think I have ever dealt with in all my life, she would not listen to reason as I explained to her that I was allowed to store my container and they watched me deliver it and told me where I could drop it. I even contacted the owner and they were of no help whatsoever. as I said before I had was notified of this 2 days before leaving the country for 2 months. This has caused me significant financial and emotional stress, I would not do business with this company under no circumstances whatsoever, the only good thing I would have to say about my experience was the person I originally had contact was very kind and understanding. She was the only person that had any understanding and compassion dealing with my situation. It is a shame that she has to work for a company with such little regard for their mistakes and their actions. If I could give them NO Stars I would!

Rats got into my unit and the majority of items are ruined. I have rented from purely storage in the past and never had a rodent problem. I am curious as to policy on things that happen like this are handled.
