I recently had the pleasure of having the assistance of Duke Witter
Lead Consultant – West Midlands. Duke helped to find the perfect job role for me. Duke was in constant contact updating me of progress of the application, advised of interview questions. Once I had been successful, Duke, contacted to ensure the whole process had been a success. Duke is very conscientious, helpful, meticulous person

What are great service. Contacted them via online website and applied for a position. Within 3 hrs had a response from Duke at Purosearch with all the information needed to secure the role. Duke kept me up to date throughout the whole interview process and any changes that occurred, even called on start date. I have used other recruiters in the past but not always as friendly at this company. Definitely recommend to colleagues looking for new job opportunities.

Duke is an excellent recruiter with good communication skills and customer service approach. Supported me through the process of getting my present job and continually checked on me as I settled into my new role. Thank you Duke.

Rubbish company!
Wouldn’t bother relying on them for finding you a job! You’ll only be let down or ignored.
Applied for a job, they phoned me to say they thought I was a suitable candidate, really liked my CV and would send my details to the employer and would get back to me.

A few days passed, heard nothing, left it a week, still heard nothing. Attempted to call the recruitment consultant but never phoned me back when left messages or asked colleagues to pass message on.
Emailed several times to ask about the job and never received a response.
Finally got through to the recruitment consultant who couldn’t seem to care less and couldn’t be bothered to tell me that the company now wasn’t recruiting!
Surely you’d answer emails and just have the decency to respond to phone messages? Or just let the person know.
Will be avoiding applying for any roles with this company and will be informing the company who are using purosearch to find staff for them that they aren’t representing their company well at all!
Massive disappointment!

Very poor communication from agency. No return calls or emails when submitting c.v for advertised work.

David contacted me about a position relevant to my role based on my LinkedIn profile.

It was a sensible offer which reflected my background. An interview was arranged which resulted in a great job offer for my circumstances
