Don’t be seduced by the slick presentation of any of the goods promoted from these scam artists. I’m basically experiencing the same problems that other reviewers are having. Please, don’t go anywhere near buying anything from this company, unless you want to be ripped off and you like wasting your time dealing with people who have no respect for others!!

I bought there 10x42 binoculars after reading so many great reviews on them (Liars). Unfortunately the product is not good. I am forever adjusting the focus as the image isn't sharp or clear.
There customer services would not exchange for another pair? I assumed they were faulty but it would appear this is how they all are. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Do not buy!!!!
14 day warranty from when you order and they took over a week to arrive....they know what they are doing!!!

Scam Website - Bought Microphone for £99 based off a high rating on a comparison website. Item arrived from china(not eu product as described), cheap plastic, cosmetic damage, cobwebs in the box and to top it off does not even function.

Customer service is non existent, all they do is avoid any chance of refund, and constantly push a 5% compensation on you, even though my product literally doesn't work.

I'm leaving it up to my credit company to make a charge back, not convinced I will ever see my money back.

Ordered a camera - they failed to deliver according to their tracking, The tracking confirmed it had been returned to them. They conveniently ignored the tracking for days. I filed a chargeback request with my card company which they then asked me to remove so they could refund me (minus a £30 postage fee) - which I didn't. They still haven't responded to the chargeback request - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - despite any positive product reviews!!

Waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered then i charged it up, fully charged i looked at it properly. The only name on this item is a little label on it to say from China it says made in "the peoples republic of China", considering the web site says won 1st prize in the Nordic design its an Icelandic brand.
When i first used it to me does not cut but rips out your whiskers. I said to my wife you can have it for plucking out you eyebrows as that`s all its good for.Buy at your peril,no phone number or address just an email that you can use. If you are going to buy this item get it from Amazon as you can get your money back, i was stupid by getting it from the PURUXE web site so i cant see myself getting a refund for this item.

Drill battery goes flat within 10 minutes of constant use
Battery charger takes at least an hour to re charge
Looks and works like a £10 drill
And paid £100 for this
Customer Service is TERRIBLE
They just want to palm you off
And ask for photos of the charger battery light

Scam company. Please do not use. Seduced by fake electric shaver review on internet I ordered one. Then panic set in once checked out the company. They said they had sent before I tried to cancel. Now trying to return and various obstacles and non responses. Now being told I have to return to Hong Kong (it came from uk) and that various fees will be retained if I do this. I’ve been scammed and please learn lesson from me. Do not use!

they are a scam company, got my credit card company trying to get my money back, they are making things sooo difficult to return their cheap, generic, no brand shaver, that i found on amazon for £16, and paid them nearly £90 for, awful scam company, once they have your money, they refuse to give it you back, their products are all on amazon, cheaply made from China, unbranded. AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY.

Un verdadero desastre. Compré un máquina de afeitar, siguiendo la valoración de un reconocido estilista.
Al igual que otro de los usuarios, al intentar devolverla, me ofrecieron un 5% de compensación si no solicitaba la devolución.
Al no aceptarlo me informan de los pasos a seguir en los que informan de toda una serie de costes y trámites que me hacen desistir de devolver el producto.
NO LES COMPREN NADA!!. Como dice otro de los usuarios, ha sido una estafa.

Absolute scam !!! Avoid!! They will never refund and the products are of poor quality! The returns policy is a complete lie. Once you get the product and pay for it, you're stuck with it!

Ne enviaron un producto de malísima calidad, vendido como si fuera lo mejor del mercado. He intentado devolverlo y me ponen mil excusas. En la última me han ofrecido el 5% de mi compra por quedarme con ella.
Leyendo lo que han puesto otras personas, lo apoyo totalmente. Es un lugar de estafadores. No comprar nada aquí.

Te engañan, como quieras hacer una devolución del producto te ponen todo tipo de dificultades, cuando en su página web indican que tienes 14 días y te dan una dirección en Alemania que es falsa.
No compréis nada en esta página.
