My initial contact was with sales consultant Mark, through to site inspection and then install today with Marlon and Jeff. Professional and friendly service from beginning to end, extremely happy with the experience and end result!

Received quite a few quotes which took weeks to even get, contacted PV and they did the quote within a day and installation was within 2 weeks of paying deposit… highly recommend!

I found the whole experience quite painless. Marlon gave me a quote and explained the system. He was very easy to deal with, the quote was excellent and I was told they could fit the system within 2 weeks. He explained that they usually fit systems 4 days a week with one day for fixing any problems. This was to have a customer satisfaction focus.

My Goodwe ESA system was actually fitted within a week. The tradesperson was Jeffrey and he did a very neat job. He also explained everything that he did and why it was required.

Marlon then commissioned the system where he made sure everything was working and explained the app. He assured me if I had any problems to contact him.

I am very pleased with the service I received and the competitive price.
